There was the bible only that it was shared through narratives since writing had not been discovered.....until Moses was raised in Egypt where he learned how to write and from the narratives he was told by his mother he wrote the first 5 books of the Bible....so in short the Genesis was entirely shared through oral accounts of creation across generations.......you see what you guys lack is knowledge and the word of God says that people perish due to the lack of wisdom/ knowledge.
