Note: We can share with 6 accounts (with no plan account).
Imou life app version V5.11.0 above will support multi-login on 5 smartphone when you have enabled 2-step authentication.

I can't seem to share my device. It keeps on saying "network error", i wonder what's the prob..
Can we share the video recordings (that are stored in SD card) to other devices using the imou app?
You can share the device for another account and select permission “Local Recordings” then they can playback on stored in SD card

Hi, we need register users the same region and then can share the devices. accounts with different region can not share. Thank you~
@@TurboHDX yes, I know, funny though: the 2 mobile phones in question had their mobile data disabled, and where sitting in the same room connected to the same wifi. how is that a different region? and the camera is also on the same network.

How to change the region in the account? It doesnt show any edit option. I am having the same error, the other shared device is connected to the same Wifi (still its giving that error).
@huzaifaayub9576 We can not change the account. We can delete the account and register an account again with new region, before deleted an account need to remove the devices first. Thank you!
