@@merriebearz Yes, it is true! 2PM is the first to become really successful in Japan Well, it depends on how you think and judge a success itself, but I do really think we can call that 2PM is the first to become really HIT it in Japan. 2PM success story is up to the condition that they become less and lesser active in SK until almost seems to be forgetful because they have comeback & group projects and even concerts & tours in Japan (and other countries). While starring in I live Alone, Junho even got questioned about how come he has that great house and lived comfortably rich because people think 2PM era is already done.

But only starting to get into this beast group now after Jun-ho's amazing performance in The Red Sleeve and his Senorita dance with YoonA. just came here so late WOOOOW!! 👏 I've been hearing 2pm's name before but I didn't pay much attention. now that I engage to kpop, dramas and. movies I literally started knowing a lot of actors turned out to be idols before. Wow. they're beasts and they're amazing!!
I can confirm it. I'm not a kpop fan at all but I heard his voice from 'my house' and I fallow him on IG because he shares his musical inspirations, and solo projects. He's the only one I fallow from that genre because his vocals are unique. He could've come from any country I would've been impressed. Other great kpop vocalists 'lack' that unique touch or freedom to do so maybe but he is really versatile. He can do ballads, hip-hop, pop, dance. While others are really good at high notes or ballads (some exo members for instance). But Minjun is really unique vocally. I can recognize his voice from others. While with other kpop singers I'd need time to get familiar with them. He doesn't need to 'scream' or anything. Just his variations on his voice, his tone and clarity in his voice. It's like he sings from his soul. Beautiful and rare to hear these days. I heard he had family issues in the past and for that, he deserve all the money (yes he does) and recognition from his peers in Korea.

Nichkhun was the first Kpop idol I’ve known and I was caught in 2010. I’ve soon fallen in love to this group(2PM is the group once you love one of them, you will love all of them). The net and electronics at the time were not advanced as now, but I’ve still watched every single video of 2PM I could found on internet. Then I was busy with my reality life and study, so I missed years in between. And I fell in love to them again after watching their comeback show in 2021. They are the group each member has his own charisma, but then collaborate so well when they are together. Also, their brotherhood and friendship is my relationship goal. It was not easy for them to get this far, but they are always by each other side no matter what. 2PM forever💖❤️💚💙💛💜

My intro to 2PM was Tacyeon in Vincenzo and Jun-ho in Good Manager (where he carried his role so well that I couldn't believe his actual age when I read up about the cast). But only starting to get into this beast group now after Jun-ho's amazing performance in The Red Sleeve and his Senorita dance with YoonA. I've gone down a 2PM rabbit hole. 5 hours ago I barely knew their names. At first I was only interested in Junho and Taecyeon because I really love their dramas. I started looking for more content of them and their interactions through 2PM videos but now I love them all. Their chaos, personalities and friendship 😭😭😍. Help I can't go back. i'm an exol and i'm new to 2pm - kinda started getting into them after binge watching nichkhun on we got married a few weeks ago, even though jun.k's music has been on my playlist for months (and now i think junho is my bias 😭 it's hard to choose)! thank you so much for this guide it was really helpful, especially the parts explaining their promotions in japan and overseas compared to in korea and the little explanations about the members. they're so funny and i love watching their videos and content!! i'm so excited for the comeback, whenever it is!

I can confirm it. I'm not a kpop fan at all but I heard his voice from 'my house' and I fallow him on IG because he shares his musical inspirations, and solo projects. He's the only one I fallow from that genre because his vocals are unique. He could've come from any country I would've been impressed. Other great kpop vocalists 'lack' that unique touch or freedom to do so maybe but he is really versatile. He can do ballads, hip-hop, pop, dance. While others are really good at high notes or ballads (some exo members for instance). But Minjun is really unique vocally. I can recognize his voice from others. While with other kpop singers I'd need time to get familiar with them. He doesn't need to 'scream' or anything. Just his variations on his voice, his tone and clarity in his voice. It's like he sings from his soul. Beautiful and rare to hear these days. I heard he had family issues in the past and for that, he deserve all the money (yes he does) and recognition from his peers in Korea.

Nichkhun was the first Kpop idol I’ve known and I was caught in 2010. I’ve soon fallen in love to this group(2PM is the group once you love one of them, you will love all of them). The net and electronics at the time were not advanced as now, but I’ve still watched every single video of 2PM I could found on internet. Then I was busy with my reality life and study, so I missed years in between. And I fell in love to them again after watching their comeback show in 2021. They are the group each member has his own charisma, but then collaborate so well when they are together. Also, their brotherhood and friendship is my relationship goal. It was not easy for them to get this far, but they are always by each other side no matter what. 2PM forever💖❤️💚💙💛💜

Funnily enough, 2PM first caught my eye not because I saw them on dramas, or any of that- it was the SUPERSTAR mobile games, they're one of my best groups in the game because I just LOVE playing their songs, I love their music so much!
