... This Place, House and Barn, really needs a follow up, a "the rest of the Story". 👻
Let's assign Mr Dan to do some "Investigative Reporting".
It had such old equipment and truck remains, they're just begging for a story about the owner, his life, childhood, and decision to never marry, plus the niece/nephews that inherited the property.
He did pass of natural causes, right?
This really is a potential for a M watches video story.

Really cool. Where I lived as a kid there was an old house across the street and this old gentleman who lived there alone. I never knew much about him or his history, and neither did my parents. He had an old IH pickup and an old aluminum camper shell and he would go fishing down to a beach about 20 miles out of town. One day the Sheriff found his truck on the side of the road and he was deceased inside it, apparently he had a heart attack enroute to go fishing. I remember an estate sale in which his house truck and camper was sold. Everything he owned was in that sale so I had always assumed he had no family because I believe it was the County or State that held the sale. I still think about all the interesting stuff from around my home town that is no more and all the old families, homestead families, that have all passed on and their relatives who are scattered all over the Country there isn't much to be found anymore the areas are all urbanized really it is sad.

When a child we lived in a home that had an attic in which my sister and I played, we were around seven to ten years of age. The owner had killed himself in the attic with a gun years before and his wife rented the home. My mother told how she could hear someone walking back and forth in the attic when everything was quiet. She would open the door at the bottom of the attic stairs and go up to the top and look, nothing, only she said it was cold as ice and it was summer time.

When I was around 7 years old, my family was visiting my Mama's Mama. She lived in an old wood frame house with a wood stove, several fire places. She did have electrical outlets, but nothing like we have today, no indoor plumbing either. Her two sons had houses near her & her youngest son had two sons & they would always enjoy playing tricks on my sister & I. Robert & Dan, when you mentioned something about VooDoo offering, that reminded me of something from way back when(early 1960's). One night these two cousins, Tommy & Wayne, hung chicken feet & a chicken head onto a wire clothes hanger on the front porch. They told us that was to protect us from evil spirits & witches & if the chicken parts were missing the next morning, that meant these evil beings took those in place of us. Well the next morning we looked & the parts were gone & of course we were glad of that. Those were the best days, although we didn't know it then. They all lived on a farm in Winder, Georgia.

My grandparents on my Mama's side lived in Winder. There were two neighbor brothers who loved to help my cousin prank me. I don't recall their names, tho. They didn't live on a farm, however, but in an ancient duplex next to the railroad tracks, behind that old drive-in restaurant.

I grew up in the country where the house next to ours was vacant with no windows on the same lot. It was a beautiful older house just sitting there empty. As kids, we would play in that house. One day my sister and I were playing, she was in one bedroom and I was in another. All of a sudden, we both ran out of the house at the same time scared and creeped out. We looked at each other with our eyes wide open. I told my sister I heard loud breathing and she said she heard footsteps. Come to find out later a lady died in that house many years ago. Btw, the old house we lived in was also haunted. New subscriber. I enjoy your videos

I love old finds. And just because the truck may have bullet holes it doesn't mean it was involved in a shoot out. Most likely some youngsters may've been just shooting at it for the heck of it while out in the woods with guns hunting or something. And a lot of that corrugated metal is still useable. I have a friend who just used a bunch at their house to give the foyer area a rustic look. And that wood inside the cabin is beautiful looking. I'd take something like that and use it in MY cabin!

That place is a gold mine all the galvanize sheeting is worth a lot of money. All the wood inside the house can be Refurbished and used. A lot of money laying around there somebody really wanted take the time and recycle and reuse it but if I own the property I just keep it as it is. I'd probably put the truck in the barn and stuff that I'd want to keep and take better care of

Inside the truck, I saw "35" and looked up a 35 Dodge truck, looks like it and the International piece looks like a Field Harvester.

Up here in PA, right down the dirt road from my uncle's dairy farm, there lived an old couple. No electricity, no plumbing, no nothing. They were happy as can be, my aunt would bake pies and cakes and take them to them. The old homestead was still there in 2000 last time I was up there, went fishing in the pond right outside the back door. Hope i end up like that.

It's a straight truck semi, dad has 1929 International Harvester semi that is restored. Kinda looks like that, but this one is probably 30s or 40s

Im puzzled. Whats creapy about old junk? When we were kids we loved exploring old stuff. On fact local kids played in the old WWll pill boxes round an old airfield. One had the door almost shut. Was rumoured to have a dead German soldier in there. Nonsense of course. (No German soldiers were in England.) Never stopped us trying to see in.

Interesting old place but really not very creepy. As a small child I grew up on my grandma's small old ranch. There was a farrier's barn in back which was from about 1912. The place was originally the site for the local farrier when the farming community was first settled in the late 1800's. I suppose you could have called it creepier than this but not overgrown. We just found it fun and homey. It's apartments now. All the ranches, dairy and truck farms are gone. Even most of the marshes are built over.

We’ll all leave some mysterious evidence behind as puzzles of the past for future generations to ponder. You can’t take it with you and evidently some folks just don’t leave after they die. You should address the ghost by his name, assuming you know it. Thanks for the great videos, lots of fun!

The last episode. Where that loud bang happened at the end. I think it was that front door being slammed shut. Before you can see the door was open and a small childrens chair was in side. That same room he was looking out of. An than that loud bang, the door was shut.
