Will Lululemon Really Replace Damaged Clothes?

My friend Bruni has had a pair of Lululemon pants for over a year now and they recently ripped around the seam. Lulu says they will replace clothes that have defects, is it true? Let's find out!

I have a Lululemon fast and free leggings that have a hole in it. Carried it to the store, asked what happened I just said it have a hole in it they looked at it then they gave me a new pair!! I am shoooked!! 🤯 until now!!

Replacement policy! Not anymore…..forgiveness value now. The quality of Lululemon has seriously diminished.

The quality control of products of this company is sucks. I purchased two t-shirts, same size and type, but they were actually different in fitting.
I cut the tag after I tried one of them assuming they are completely the same. And they refused replacement and refund while addmitting they are differrent in fitting and saying that the one of them was older type. This happened in Japan.

They should’ve let you return it but you can always sell it but you should always try on before you cut the tags off
