If you own Sunday+Huohuo and also are building fast Aglaea (163+), then LC is a good option Although generally E1 is a lot better since it helps you practically always stay in ult, but without the lightcone you lose out on a lot of extra crit dmg + especially spd to hit fast thresholds, but still E1 pulls ahead in most scenarios, really depends on your team and what your build(s) are
For 163+ spd aglaea, breakpoint sunday alone is fine, even 160 spd is fine, as long as he has less than your Aglaea pre-ult (so 162 or less, just above 134)
