Actually Shigaraki could beat uppermoon 1/kokoshibo because all he needs to do is Touch him and since shigaraki's quirk destroys the cells from the inside out kokoshibo would be able to regenerate the cells when they are all destroyed. Shigaraki could actually beat muzan if he was smart enough about it.
