You’re doing a cracking job, looks better in the flesh.
Looks like the perfect sized van to navigate rough surfaced, narrow forest tracks… backwards 😂

I know, I'm going have nightmares about that bridge for the foreseeable future!! The van started the weekend resembling a haystack after getting stuck behind that tractor. By the time we reached the cafe, there was more hay on my windscreen that there was on the trailer he was towing. We were then close to becoming the first VW submarine due to a rather unfortunate turning circle and a bridge no wider than a cycle path!! 😆 Great to meet up at last and we will have to do it again soon. 👍

Totally agree with that!!! As you said, shame we didn't get yesterdays weather on Saturday. Although, it could have ended up getting rather messy if we did! 😂

@@CampervanHabitude as you could see from the dishevelled state we were in, a messy one would’ve killed us off 😄😄

Nice to see you back working on the van, that seating bench did you nick it from the Tower of London or a church !! 😀

Yeah, I left it a bit too long! That bench has moved a few houses with us. In fact, it was Ruth's before we met! Doubt they'd want it in the Tower of London!! 😂

Great work so far. Have you kept and covered the factory ply for the walls?

Would you mind telling me what fabric you used and where you purchased it please? It looks great!

Hi Sally, the grey four way stretch came from Harrison Trim Supplies and the tweed type material is called 'textured basket weave chenille grey silver fabric'. Ruth got it off eBay and the seller is 'nicolasince1985'. Good luck.
