Perfect for my wife who is a Realtor. Successful realtors carry a toolbox, the step ladder for a woman is a must have bonus usually.

This wouldn't be the step ladder/stool I got for my wife. I'd go with a 4 foot gorilla ladder from home depot. This is a toy.

The side step seems to be a bit weak for a 200 lbs person to step on

They claim up to 300 lbs. But after watching a 180-200 lb man step in that Bottom Step, andbthe step distorting and flexing like that, I'd hate to see a 250-300 lb man step on it. It looks like a hazard, especially when coming down and your other foot is not supported.
So, if they made that bottom step out of wood or metal, it may be a lot more sturdy.
As far as setting it up and folding it away, it seems like it takes a lot longer than necessary. But then again, he may have been doing it relatively slow for demonstration purposes.
For me personally, I'll pass at this point. I'd rather carry a step ladder and pop it out. Although the one advantage this one has over most step ladders is the ability to set the box on top and work out of it a bit easier.
    How much does it cost?
How much does the empty box weigh?

      The toolbox alone weighs 15lbs.
It can be found for around US$70 after tax and shipping.
The bottom step has 2 heavy steel bars (at least a ¼ inch in diameter) running its length and can definitely handle the weight.
I own this toolbox and, personally, I think it's a bit heavy. It's already 15lbs empty. Once you load it up with a few socket rails, screwdrivers, ratchets, and a hammer or two you really notice that extra weight of the toolbox.

A flexible step?!? Somebody can get killed on that. Make the step out of metal.

The sturdy aluminum legs with the hard plastic allows up to 300 lbs. weight capacity.
