    Playback option is not working properly. It only captures the video where motion is there. Remaining time it is not able to play only. What is the use then? It should be 247 recording regardless of any activity seen by camera. How to fix this? Pls reply soon

    Bijli jaa kar aane ki baad mein camera kyun offline hi rehta hai online nahi hota internet chalu hota hai phir bhi nahi aata aur kabhi kabhi primary router ke karib setup karke rakha bhi nahi chalta iskaa solution kya hai bataadenge plzz

    Dear Sir,
    Reference product….. which was installed at a client location today. However, it has been observed that inspite of setting permissions on some of the cameras, the viewer is still able to view the feed continuously.
    I have tried myself to set the permissions but it’s not working. Kindly provide solution early or the customers has demanded return of the CCTV system and replacement with alternate make.
