This is my theory Basically the grandmaster could be another "God" figure like aidios. But in their respective worlds they were just normal beings. The GM and Aidios were from another word, but that world was destroyed ( like many others , including mcburn's original one ) by the nothing less of all. Why? Because in their original works they created the gifts ( Sept terrrions ) but United in one and only terrion . Both the GM and Aidios use the power of the unified Terrion to survive the annihilation of their world, and by doing so, they ended in other worlds, Aidios ended up in Zemuria the Terrion was shattered in pieces, the Sept terrions . Those were given by Aidios to the people in Zemuria . Meanwhile the GM ended up in other worlds, worlds that eventually got destroyed by the nothing less of all as well. So the GM traveled from world to world by several years, then at some point the GM ended up in Zemuria with new skills like summoning weapons and other things from other worlds ( the divergent laws) . During all of this hundreds of years, the GM learned the way to stop the annihilation of the world and this is when she started the ouroboros in Zemuria , the world where the Sept terrions are.. And this is the plot twist I have imagined. In their original world, when they created the Unified Terrion , that's was the cause / creation of the nothingless of all. So this entity follow the survivors of the original world where the Terrion ( and this entity) was created , and seeks to kill them , so in every other world the GM ended, this entity/catastrophe destroyed the world. as well. So in the final act The GM , now in Zemuria uses the society to gather ( or destroy) this gifts, the Sept terrions . By doing this, Aidios will eventually awaken once more because all of the gifts she gave to the people in Zemuria are getting destroyed or reunited in some place, once Aidios finally shows up, the GM will be making use of some of this Sept terrions ) or maybe shut by herself) to kill Aidios, and then finish her own life, and obliterate every remaining Sept terrion This way , those who gained divine powers ( the GM and Aidios) and every Sept terrion will be destroyed , and so the nothingless of all as well. Preventing the annihilation of Zemuria and any other world .

@@tidus1ph I don't think they're trying to stop the end... Mariabelle and Campanella said specifically that they only want to see what will happen to the Sept Terrions after people use them and that's it... Whatever happens because of it doesn't matter... Rean extending the world's life by 3 years wasn't necessarily needed... It's probably something like, "Welp, move on to the next world." It makes sense now why their plan always succeeds because they literally don't even need to do anything, as soon as they awaken the Sept Terrions they just watch lol... Even though the PB plan got stolen by Osbourne it didn't matter what happened after... The only thing I'm still not sure about is that if they are just watching what happens to the Sept Terrions and they don't even need them, why did Campanella take the Aureole in Sky SC?
This reminds me a lot of Wilhelm's plan in Xenosaga called "Eternal Recurrence" wherein he plans to reset the universe from the beginning of time to avoid the end of existence.
Ok I finished the III and saw most of the videos of the IV could someone answer me three questions: 1-What was Osborn's goal with Jormugand to rid Erebonia of the curse? Scarecrow and Claire decided to follow their master even after it was revealed not to make Millium's sacrifice in vain but I didn't understand how the war would end the curse. 2-Why have so many people including the heroes, politicians, nobles, military and even the Bracers guild decided to keep Hamel's secret? Although the curse was the cause, they still hid a massacre that eventually allowed Erebonia to continue its policy of militarization and annexation of nearby countries. 3-Why did Rean, who saw the effects of Osborn's actions on the lives of several people including one of his friends who died trying to get revenge, decide to support Osborn in annexing CrossBell and Nort Ambria? Even though the goal was to help people caught in the crossfire, it nonetheless helped indirectly in the annexation process and became a symbol of Erebonia's military power against other countries. That was even one reason he hesitated to shake Lloyd Bannings's hand for feeling guilty.
my answer might be not the correct one but from what i can see (also sorry if my grammar is bad) 1.they already to far in deep, like what Lecter(scarecrow) say when the new class 7 met him in crossbell "i and claire already broken when Milium used as sacrifice..." add how they have debt of gratitude to Osborn. 2.its to hid the wrong doing of the noble, i mean if some big shot of your own country killing your own country man how much scandal it could create ? not to mention the distrust the mass will have to ruling class can lead to civil war between commoner and noble, worst case something close like France revolution might happen. as for annexation of nearby country in latter part after Hamel incident, It's all by Osborn plan not noble who induce Hamel Incident but yeah who know if hamel incident made public what will happen and bracer prioritize safety of civilian first foremost and they in the end NGO, the gag about hamel is secret between agreement between 2 countries if they ignore it then they step to far as NGO 3.this one of biggest hole in story i think, i mean after event of vermilion castle sure Rean end up as hero who end Civil war but how he end up as "government dog" never explained fully also how Oliver lost his political power as well courageus also kinda let it slide without proper explanation(i kinda forgot about this one)
@@reiva951 Thank you I find it wrong that Claire and Lecher went unpunished after their acts although their organizations were dismantled. I really don't understand why Rean helped Osborn as a hero. He could have used his post-civil war position to denounce Osborn's crimes or put pressure on him not to go too far. In fact, the Bracers have as a rule not to interfere with country political decisions, and Osborn made good use of this rule to restrict the guild's actions in Erebonia. About Oliver from the beginning it was decided that he could not take the throne because he was born with the mixed blood of an ordinary citizen with royal blood. And I believe he also had no intention or desire to become Emperor, so eventually the government took his privileges when Alfin and Cedric were close to the age of entering society as adults.
Osborn "crime" kinda questionable at most i think, i mean indeed his policy might deprive someone home (in case of scarlet) but as whole it bring benefit to the country, like what happen with to S.E.Z (crow hometown forgot its name). A revolusionist always met with resistance after all thought indeed he kinda forceful in this. Like this there no concrete material to denouce him add He was the head of biggest faction in country after prince Olivert lost his power and Noble faction severly weakened. Remember no matter how Rean praised as hero he still didnt have any political backing or something to fight osborn Think back maybe Rean following all the Ashen Cevalier duty because same reason as former Principal Vandyck, he only doing his duty as "soldier" and to protect the country
@@reiva951 Rean knew about Hamel and that Osborn was the main negotiator with Liberl to hide the truth, he also knew that Osborn armed the attack on Crow's hometown to make them economically dependent on Erebonia, he also knew that the Jaegers who attacked Celdic were hires by Jusis's father so I'm sure he could have done something if he really wanted to investigate further. But maybe you're right about Rean acting as a soldier basically not just him many characters in the game (mostly army and government) blindly follow orders even if it results in trouble for civilians or foreign countries and culturally children seem to be taught to become strong and devoted to their country to the point that no citizen openly questions the decisions of the imperial family or the wars in which the empire engages. Companies like RF and Irina develop weapons for both sides of the conflict regardless of how they would be used, and those damn cannons almost destroyed CrossBell. In this sense Rean is different from other protagonists like Estele or Lloyd who have a sense of justice that is not limited by affiliations or governments . Rean's scene with Lloyd in trails IV demonstrates how Rean felt guilty about Crossbell and his role in extending the effects of the curse out of Erebonia.
Can someone explain me , what are the steps of the phantasmal blaze plan ?? Why was the crossbell part necessary ? In the games they said " use the hollow phantasm to awaken the blaze in the empire " The blaze is the curse ( great twilight) or the sept Terrion of blaze ? ( I think is the twilight because csmpanella said to the StahlRitter, that this was the goal of the phantasmal blaze plan , when the great twilight covers erebonia. The hollow phantasm , is the azure tree and kea I suppose. But what the azure tree does?? Why was that part of the plan necessary ? Somehow, without the azure tree , they wouldn't be able to bring the gral of erebos and slay the nameless one ??
Well in black records were said that azure tree and castle will appear at the same time. So, tree was one of the conditions to begin Twilight. Also, this plan include to return Sept-Terrion of Mirage, which was in Crossbell.
@@benibenham2952 the Sept terrion of space apparently has nothing to do with the plot in CS3 where the gral of erebos is brought back, and inside it the holy beast
@@victorparedes2319 of course Sept terrion of space has nothing to do with cs3, it was in Liberl ark. I meant phantazmal blaze plan included three artefacts which need to be retrited: fire, earth and mirage. Also, without azure tree twilight won't begine (in black records). This how I understood at least
@@benibenham2952 sorry I wrote space but I mean mirage haha ( sorry my mother language is spanish and I'm doing what I can to write in English) What you said could be possible, maybe the azure tree was needed to access de infernal Castle and then acquire the testarosa ?? So, I have a theory that Ouroboros is not trying to claim the Sept Terrions but destroy them instead through all these meticulous plans. Instead of destroying it themselves they let other people do it for some reason. Sept Terrions are supposed to be "gifts" from the Goddess but seeing the overwhelming hints here and there, it seems that the Grandmaster is Aidios herself.

We don't know First, Fourth, or Fifth Anguis... And if what the Grandmaster said is any indication, it's possible that Vita will leave later in the series and need to be replaced as well
Amazing. 6 minutes of writing, animation, and voice acting all to convey absolutely nothing. Look I’m just saying unless the reveal is the greatest thing ever. Stringing everyone along for 20+ years with the “all according to plan” Schtick is gonna backfire on them.
I thought the series (trails arc) was ended for good ... And now it's said there will be something new within 3 years lifespan? Why calling the game "the end of saga" if there is new event that happens in the same world. Please leave everyone with their happy ending forever....
Just the Cold Steel Saga, in other words, the Erebonian Empire arc is over. It doesn't mean characters introduced in Cold Steel would not appear again in future games, but big events will most likely happen in another region.

Next game has 3 protagonist one is rean another I think is Joshua and final one is new character c

Ok I finished the III and saw most of the videos of the IV could someone answer me three questions:
1-What was Osborn's goal with Jormugand to rid Erebonia of the curse?
That was even one reason he hesitated to shake Lloyd Bannings's hand for feeling guilty.
my answer might be not the correct one but from what i can see (also sorry if my grammar is bad)
1.they already to far in deep, like what Lecter(scarecrow) say when the new class 7 met him in crossbell "i and claire already broken when Milium used as sacrifice..." add how they have debt of gratitude to Osborn.
2.its to hid the wrong doing of the noble, i mean if some big shot of your own country killing your own country man how much scandal it could create ? not to mention the distrust the mass will have to ruling class can lead to civil war between commoner and noble, worst case something close like France revolution might happen. as for annexation of nearby country in latter part after Hamel incident, It's all by Osborn plan not noble who induce Hamel Incident but yeah who know if hamel incident made public what will happen and bracer prioritize safety of civilian first foremost and they in the end NGO, the gag about hamel is secret between agreement between 2 countries if they ignore it then they step to far as NGO
3.this one of biggest hole in story i think, i mean after event of vermilion castle sure Rean end up as hero who end Civil war but how he end up as "government dog" never explained fully also how Oliver lost his political power as well courageus also kinda let it slide without proper explanation(i kinda forgot about this one)
Remember no matter how Rean praised as hero he still didnt have any political backing or something to fight osborn
Think back maybe Rean following all the Ashen Cevalier duty because same reason as former Principal Vandyck, he only doing his duty as "soldier" and to protect the country
@@cristianorodriguessilva5451 well he become hostage after government grant him "hero" title. he doesn't like the title.
I'm very excited about new trails saga, but it won't appear in the near future😔
They covered her fave and eyes i wonder if it its someone we know
Secretly it’s Anton!
Try to Look at character from nayuta no kiseki
Multi time lines? Matrix style world? Or stuffs sort of control history?
finally nearing to the end to all of this
No end? 20 more years of trails
I still thinking the first anguis is nielsen
Can someone explain me , what are the steps of the phantasmal blaze plan ??
Why was the crossbell part necessary ?
In the games they said " use the hollow phantasm to awaken the blaze in the empire "
The blaze is the curse ( great twilight) or the sept Terrion of blaze ?
@@benibenham2952 sorry I wrote space but I mean mirage haha ( sorry my mother language is spanish and I'm doing what I can to write in English)
What you said could be possible, maybe the azure tree was needed to access de infernal Castle and then acquire the testarosa ??
Because they seem to need all of the divine knights , Wich also include ishmelga who can only be summoned properly by slaying the holy beast of earth inside the gral of erebos , also I fin curious that the bell ( the stargazer's tower's one ) apparently was needed to awaken the holy beast , that's the impression I got .
Have you played Xenoblade chronicles ?
This could be like the story of zanza and meyneth ....
Basically the grandmaster could be another "God" figure like aidios.
But in their respective worlds they were just normal beings.
And this is my theory about them , making some references to Xenoblade.
For some reason the GM and Aidios were from another word, but that world was destroyed ( like many others , including mcburn's original one ) by the nothing less of all, in their original works they created the gifts ( Sept terrrions ) but United in one and only terrion .
By doing this, Aidios will eventually awaken once more because all of the gifts she gave to the people in Zemuria are getting destroyed or reunited in some place, once Aidios finally shows up, the GM will be making use of some of this Sept terrions ) or maybe shut by herself) to kill Aidios, and then finish her own life, and obliterate every remaining Sept terrion
This way , those who gained divine powers ( the GM and Aidios) and every Sept terrion will be destroyed , and so the nothingless of all as well. Preventing the annihilation of Zemuria and any other world .
That is what they said in CS4. They observe what happens to the sept-terrions in the hands of man.
Okay, and recently falcom has also announced a new kiseki series. Guess we'll find out more on the next one.
as far as we know, erebonia might be Canada and liberal could be the US, so mabye we'll see the "Mexico" of some sorts..?
If i'm not mistaken, once in an interview, Kondo said that there are still 2 or 3 more arcs left
the overall story after the end of IV is about 60%, and we are apparently getting 20 more years worth of games.
Generic Manchild The Games have very heavy European influence so I much doubt that
@@zero5559 Uhh what 20!? So the game series is likely to end in 2039? Or r u talking bout in game years?
What do you have to do to get this cutscene? I beat the US localized CS4 and didn't see this.
True Ending. Load your Clear Data, fast forward till you see Rean in his Branch Campus Dorm Room, it will play after that.
@@ClessAlvayn Thanks! I watched the true ending but must have done something to move past this part.
how you get this grandmaster scene?
Could the Grandmaster is the true villain of the trails series
I somehow doubt it, I even think they are trying to do sth good
Remind me again: who is the First Anguis? I'm lost..
We don't know yet, same with the "Golden Butterfly".
We don't know First, Fourth, or Fifth Anguis... And if what the Grandmaster said is any indication, it's possible that Vita will leave later in the series and need to be replaced as well
@@NeroArisato Also, Golden Butterfly is Enforcer Number III, Thousand Oathbreaker is the Anguis

Yes
Wieldofrost I understand...
This was a really great ending that reunited everyone together for a final battle.
I just hope whatever happens next won't ruin that ending who was really
satisfying.
I suppose also Rean will always be the harem protag yet single for all next game. They should have let Alisa being the unique heroine
@@rufure9294 That's one of my worry too, like he can be with more or less 10 differents girls, how will they continue that? (since presenting Rean as single would be a huge fuck to the people who played it but they can't just make 10 stories)
Calvard has having problems inside the country too. The eastern Zemuria isn't doing good as why master Yun is in the region investigating it.
The end of saga mean, the end of tocs series. New game will came up soon, yeah without rean and others
