Go 9.5 for sure at your weight, 8 knots is not a lot and takes a bit of practice. Get some long line extensions too, this will slow the kite give you a longer powerspike in a loop. And it does make drift worse either.

I won’t make 8kts on a 1100cm2 with my 65kg. 7.5m is the biggest Hybrid I’ve got, so I can’t talk you anything about the windrange of the 9.5m. 🤷♀️
