Believe youth prospect potentials can go up if they perform well in tournaments. So if you see some with good potential at a young age it can go up before they get put into the senior team.
docksy for the menus to be quicker and not slow go to the fc25 main menu and go to settings and turn off the reaction time modifier in gameplay it makes the menus slower for whatever reason but once you turn it off it’s faster and doesn’t affect gameplay , hope this helps !

Shocking take on cup replays like docks, EFL and National League clubs can make serious money from replays, can fund them for a decade
In my opinion, FA cup replays are good for lower tier teams ( National League North/ South or National League ) that draw to a team from the championship away to the championship team and now can make that money from a championship team coming to their stadium. Just my opinion however
Take advantage of the youth tournaments. I've enjoyed playing them and they aren't too frequent.

Only games in the FA Cup that should go to extra time n pens are the semi finals and final. Prem only ones who didnt want replays. Players complaining about the amount of games but then to bugger off halfway round the world and play multi million pound friendlies but don't hear them complaining about the contracts they sign, knowing how relentless the fixture list can be in England. Game at the top level is gone in my opinion

I think you shouldn't find high potential players in every country. Tanzania isn't exactly an elite football hotbed. It'd be like scouting the Faroe Islands and being mad you don't find the next Erling Haaland!!

Great video but disagree with you RE cup replays. They are pivotal to lower league sides. I’m a Lincoln fan and without FA Cup replays we might never of got the opportunity we did to reach the QF. That’s set us up for a long time and has seen us push for the championship.
Elite players moan a lot about games they play, but L1 and L2 footballers play more.
