For context, most live performances in K-Pop (like Killing Voices and things like that) are not actually fully live. They are singing in real time, but everything gets sweetened, there's usually some pitch correction, and everything gets edited and produced afterwards-- it's the norm (and obviously, during live tours, there are lots of backing tracks). Tiny Desks are an exception to that, where you get to hear the rare fully raw and unedited live performance, which makes it especially impressive (that VCHA acoustic one they did with phone mics was fully live as well, but it usually doesn't happen).
Ahhhh I didn’t realize. Well they sounded perfect here but from what everyone’s told me I’m not surprised in the slightest. Vcha also surprised me with the phone mics. I’d never seen anything like that.
They always gave me jazzy vibes so I was freaking out the first time I saw this! I've watched this too many times, I NEED AN ALBUM OF THESE TRACKS! The arrangements were immaculate!! They got to showcase their unique voices, play with the melodies and just vibe out. Looked like they had so much fun!
NMIXX is a special group, out of category that excels in everything, we always talk about vocals but they are also excellent dancers, their choreography is wonderful, In short my Ultimate kpop girl group, without doubt one of the best if not THE best kpop girl group 4th and 5th generation....if you want to stay in the same vocal vibe, you can watch their covers of Adele, Bruno Mars, coldplay...in "begin again "open mic again"
Kyujin and Jiwoo are really Nmixx’s secret weapons. They fly under the radar because they’re such good dancers but they’re really excellent singers too!
