There isn’t recoil in fortnite but there is bloom which is way worse because it is luck based and there is no way you can control it. At least when games use recoil mechanics there is a way to control it and get around it, but in fortnite you can have the center of your ar reticle right on someone and not hit a shot if the bloom decides you aren’t worthy.
I learnt to shoot on all fps games by watching the twitch streams and youtube clips shroud, choctaco and doc playing fps games. I used to play before but i learnt a lot by watching them play and learnt some of their skills. Not in their level yet, not a pro but im better than before. Message for those who want to advance watch and learn from the pro and find that sensitivity setting thats perfect for you.
