Yeah...Maybe there is an DLC to extend the story like flashbacks, a revamp of the final chase with a destination AND a new remix of the Final Chase Music from 2005 in it, etc.

RS Gaming Cars Yes I know it's a tough pill to swallow when we had to wreck the GTR but you can have at the end of the campaign.
I think that this game's story was great. I loved it but like you said it was so short. The setting, changes, cars, upgrade quirks and little details here and there has made this, in my opinion, one of the best need for speed games in years. Fantastic job Ghost. This game was so well developed and improved from the previous worser games. I wish the story could continue and I really enjoyed this let's play so far Theo. 👌

Huh, interesting. I never bought the Polestar (never will), so I wasn’t aware that these modifications weren’t available.
This game is high up in my top 5 favorite games of all times. I think what made it for me was definitely the dynamic between night and day with the intriguing story that I actually wanted to follow and understand fully. All that on top of the car list, engine swaps and satisfying grip handling and surprisingly fun off-roading made it in a game that I want to complete 100% All in all, a fantastic game for me that is definitely worth the pre-order. I can’t wait for some kind of future dlc or updates anyway yeah I love this game so much.
The game is since 5 days out and everyone finsihed the story, and you get spoilered.

I wanna see a story on how the M3 GTR got Fixed (since it was wrecked in Carbon) and how it got impounded and stolen
(The M3 GTR on Payback and others don't count they have i6's instead of the proper V8 in MW and Carbon)
They should expand the lore in the next games, maybe bring the MW player as a main story character and tell us what happened to the M3.
I have the theory that the M3 GTR makes a return from NFS Carbon as it was totalled. If you pay attention to the scene in the chop chop you can see the M3 in the background all rusted as they are about to work on it. So this is connected to the OG NFS storyline of Ryan Cooper. His last "appearance" was on payback in the final race and references. But it's just my theory.

With the way they ended it here there's still alot of potential for a continued story, perhaps in an update for this game.

The game for me has 3 major parts:
1: The Showdown
2: The league
3: The cops
In my opinion, they only scratched the surface of the story when they could've gone so in depth with the other 2. The showdown events felt like I was playing forza and the league was just kinda there. No one was memorable. For me, I felt like they did a great job with Lucas and Ana but it left a lot to be desired. Honestly, the drifting and off-road felt like they were thrown in their to pad the playtime.
NFS MW, NFS Carbon, and now NFS Heat why everyone want so much to destroy the M3 GTR 😂

Finished the game yesterday in one sitting. Gotta say I like the idea of having the story and the events separately. Gives you freedom as in how you want to progress. It was a genuinely great experience. Hope the next game at least lives up to this, if it doesn't improve even further.
The story was so amazing that I want a massive main campaign expansion... on my opinion this game story is a top 5 bests stories of all NFS games.

What if Mercer is the player you played as in MW. The last mission in MW is you jumping the bridge or something like that. So what if he drove down to Miami and took up a job as a cop. Just a theory
@@iPeanutJelly Carbon takes place almost immediately after MW so the M3 would've been totaled and had to be rebuilt/repaired. Mercer most likely impounded it from someone who fixed it.
