Hi Dave 👋 I really enjoyed this video and your excellent camera angles with some great close-up shots. Well done 👏 👍 BTW its always good to follow your gut and retreat when things don't seem quite right.
Thanks John, Glad you enjoyed. I wasn’t really expecting to film this, and I almost didn’t as this truck isn’t overly interesting, but I though it deserved a decent video on TH-cam, especially as it’s not filmed much. I think I made the right decision at the end, I’d had enough of filming this truck anyways and went off to capture some more interesting units. Thanks for the comment.
@Merri-bekGarbo you're very welcome 👍 The Dennis is generally underwhelming, and it's your job as a videographer to make it interesting, which you always manage to do. I am looking forward to more of your videos.
Awesome video mate, good looking and sounding truck. Shame its already a hunk of junk, trying to operate a delayed arm must be annoying as anything. The UG-6 grabs seem to become stuffed far too quick. Cheers!
Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed it. I actually don't mind the Dennis units, this one does sound pretty good, but that's probably the only positive thing about it haha. The driver was not very happy at all about this truck, as it's already hard to adjust to a Dennis if you're used to a much higher cab, such as the Iveco. He went to jump out a few times, then remembered he didn't need to. The delayed grabs just made it worse, a good recipe for a long and annoying day. I have no idea how Rick likes and uses this truck, must get used to it after a while haha. Thanks for the comment.
@@CitywideGarbo as good as they seem I'd really hate to drive a Dennis on the daily because of the low cab entry, much prefer to be up high in a truck. Must get used to it, I don't know how the driver of 71095 drives that everyday, it's a hunk of shit, I guess because he was new he didn't know any better, driver of the Volvo GenV drove it and said it was the worst truck ever, riddled with issues. He drove 96 which is identical and said that was actually a nice truck. I saw Merri-beks Facebook post on Steve helping that woman, top bloke by the sounds of it. Cheers!
