Good day po, I am also an archi stud, 2nd yr. super informative po ng vid na to. Ask ko lang po kung pwede pong humingi ng pdf copy or photo po ng plate po na ito. gamitin ko lang po for reference, mostly for accessibility of spaces po. thank you so much po, hoping to be someone like u in the future who helps other people by creating contents

Great video ❤ ka miss gumawa ng manual plates and similar to you, hindi din ako magaling gumawa ng perspective so napilitan mag aral ng Sketcup early on para mag bakat 😂

Glad to know! Check the national building code, ang applicable doon na category is "office buildings" 1 slot/ 125m² of gross floor area

ms. Max ask kklang po paano poying accws for pwd if walang elevsince require langang elevfor 4th floor building? Ok lang piba maglagay ng elev kahir thued floor lang for pwd kr palitan nalang yung srair ngramp like sa mga ospitals😅 thanks po
Ijustify mo yung need ng elevator since consuming magprovide ng ramp papunta sa second floor. But usually depende na rin kasi yan sa mga iproprovide mong services sa second and third floor kasi baka concentrated lang naman yung public ang busy areas sa ground. Hindi lang siya practical for a small building, verify mo lang sa building laws kung stated na di naman siya bawal for third floor. :)
Also, hindi pwedeng palitan yung stairs sa ramp because you have to have both :)

Hello! Much better magpaturo ka na lang samin instead of asking for a template. Even students ko before, sila mismo gumawa ng format nila, and learned how to do it on their own.
