The first part is during the Inauguration of the IPC (Inter-Provincial Commuter Service) moving the locomotive behind the set 9001/Passenger Coach8303.
The second part of the video is the coupling of the 9001 to PC8303 for its first-ever trip to San Pablo for a commercial run.
