I am working on that. There’s a bit of challenge in making pinterest direct pin creation using activepieces as we need to request for API access from pinterest developer page. And it’s a long process
It depends on how old your Pinterest accounts are. How "seasoned" it is. Start with 5 boards max and upload 1 pin a day for the first 4-5 days, then 2 per board for next 3 days, then 1 per day next 3 days then 3 per board per day next 6 days. Gradually step up like this and your accounts have a better chance of not getting blocked or listed as spam.
