Super impressive product design! I‘d love to see a very small vacuum cleaner and air blower from Dyson. There are many compact products on the market but obviously on a low quality level.

I've had fellow stylist coworkers use the dyson blowdryers and without fail all malfunctioned at the year mark.
I bought the first generation Dyson airwrap 5years ago. Since i got it I give away all of my other hair tools. I have naturally straight hair and it all i need to style my hair. Blow dry, Curl, straight, etc. it’s expensive but it worth it. Mine is still look good as new. Even though i don’t need any other hair tools, i am still excited every times Dyson releases news products. I am impressed by their new technology and ideas.
it would be more great if you make this compatibles with airwrap attachments.

the reason dyson is expensive is becasue they designing there own tech and that comes at a cost to make no other company develop there own tech just copy others and dyson is like a iphone its built to last my dc 40 has lasted 7 years now with out any problem if i bought a cheap vacuum it would have failed the first year for use so you get what you pay for buy cheap and all ways replace it or buy good built machine and have it last years and it saves you money in the long run

I’ve been wondering about that for couple of months until today I found out that you must call to order. This wasn’t even an option before but I guess they just started distributing.
What is the difference between this and the AirWrap other than the 90 degree turn? This seems exactly the same as the AirWrap without a head on it

Dyson has been using CFD since forever.
You can simulate using powerflow and poweracoustic to solve the noise problem.

That's the hairdryer I designed in D&T class before your reveal. The curve ducted hairdryer, is anti-cylindrical and less weight.

Why would I need RFID in my hairdryer?

Why Not Make It Wireless? Your vacuum is wireless.
Making it wireless would add considerable weight due to battery. Hair styling tools are used for longer times as compared to vacuums and you wont just rest it on the surface and let it slide. You're gonna carry its whole weight so probably that's why they dont push through with wireless tech. Also, having motor and heater draws quite a lot of power which will drain the battery really fast. They had one wireless, the coralle which is just a straightener (no motor).

NO. The Laifen is NOT the same quality as the Dyson. Period. People push these for the referrals and to just be different and special becaue they decided to spend less.
