Sir chillled water temperature outlet 9 aur inlet 4 hai compressor 100% load par nahi ja rha hai aur expention valve 47% hi open ho raha hai chiller setpoint -2.0 rkha hai kya problem ho sakata hai
Centrifugal compressor is mostly use in chiller for industrial purpose.i don't have answer related to your first question but it might be 7-9 degree celcius
