Studying abroad in Japan doesn't necessarily cost money. You can apply for the Japanese government to pay your university tuition and give you money to live on, if you can show that what you want to study will be of benefit to Japan.

bit confused, in English we say he always wears glasses not he is always wearing. but japanese you use the ing for or?
めがねをかける - means to put on glasses. かけている - means wearing. So you can use 彼はいつもめがねをかける when you mean he puts on glasses (when he start reading a book, for example). You can use かけている when you mean "wearing" like 彼はいつも学校ではめがねをかけている (he is always wearing glasses when he is at school)

I have a doubt about basic sentence structure. In this video th-cam.com/video/M0sbTfUzGsE/w-d-xo.html she says that we can interchange the word order and the sentence will still make sense as long as particles are attached correctly and the verb comes last. Is it true? Or will native people find it weird if I switch the word order?
Good question! I think she means "It always makes sense" with the rule after changing the order. However, it doesn't mean they all sound "natural". うちで さかなを ろくじに わたしは たべます。 This sentence sounds little weird, not natural in most cases but it makes sense (I can understand what it means and it's not really wrong).
