With the Innopas SX tunnel pasteurizer you can safely pasteurize the content of up to 150,000 bottles or cans per hour highly efficiently.
Here, KHS’ pasteurization unit control (PU control) plays a central role in order that the product is treated as gently as possible while achieving the required level of microbiological safety. The predictive, continuous computation of the PUs for all containers in the pasteurizer ensures that even in discontinuous operation the maximum number of PUs is kept as low as possible and the required minimum number of PUs is reliably achieved. Additional PU control functions, such as those designed to save energy, are available as options.
