I have two types of journals. One is a dream journal. When I have an interesting dream I write it down. Sometimes they are weird & crazy. Hahaha. Another one my mom got customized for me with a bunch of pictures of us on the cover, so in that one I write down what I did with my mom that day if anything. I think it will be cool to look back on & remember events & memories with my mom aka my best friend. Lol

The best way to cope with anxiety is to talk to your doctor about it. Everyone experiences anxiety differently. I get numb and tingly in my finger tips/feet and lips, chest and arm pains, I sweat. I hate people and am socially awkward. I think irrational thoughts and make up fake situations or outcomes to convince myself I'm not over thinking. My doctor helped me understand it so much better and now I can remind myself to breath, not worry, I'm overthinking and nothing bad will happen.
I am also extremely list-centered and I also make anxiety lists; they help a lot! I'm starting college this fall, so thank you for making such a great video! I just subscribed to you! 😁

I love how you adressed briefly that you're not diagnosed with anxiety and didn't make it sound like an adjective but also saddens me because some people get upset over every little thing people say nowadays.
Thank you so much for this video. I really want to get into journaling, but I don’t want to do bullet journaling. That would put some extra pressure on me and I didn’t want to feel forced to constantly work on those bullet points. I want my journal to grow with me (just like I grow as a person) and every entry could be completely different. I don’t want to be stuck with to dos and lists. So I really like what you did. Just documenting the bigger things if you feel like it.

i ve been bullet journaling for a while now and i know that you r already familiar with it but i do feel like you would benefit greatly from a bullet journal. its not something that has to be perfect and all decorated. many people do make it functional and the whole point is to put almost everything you need to put in there, ideas, journals, planning. it makes things more organized and efficient for most :)

i feel the exact same way about lists!!! i have lists everywhere but I always put them on my computer I've never thought of putting them on paper because I feel like it'll get really messy (every time i cross something off a list i rewrite it), and when I get anxious I also list out everything I'm anxious about! :)

ur journal doesn't have to be neat and pretty, u can just buy a 200 paged notebook at target that u like, date a page and write!! dont over think it
