...(* ̄0 ̄)ノ TOKYO GIRL is listed in MIKIKO's official website under her works. And if you google TOKYO GIRL MIKIKO you may be able to find an interview/behind the scene video which shows their work flow on the song's choreography. The video came up for me is a 3min 27seconds video of she working with PERFUME on the choreography. The first half of the video is 振り付け指導現場に潛入”Sneak into the scene of choreography instruction”, the second half of the video says 振り付けは一緒に作る "The choreography is made together". Which was showing how PERFUME were giving feedback to MIKIKO on the choreography while MIKIKO teaching the choreography. PERFUME has been learning dance from and working with MIKIKO since 5th grade. such a long long relationship.
And I think it needs to be said, they do all of this in high heels. : ) MIKIKO's relationship with Perfume began in early 2000 at Actors School Hiroshima (ASH). She became an original faculty member in 1999 when she was 21 years old.
Great reaction! You asked if this is Mikiko, I am only aware of one Perfume song (Perfect Star Perfect Style) that she was NOT the choreographer for. She is a huge part of what they do. When I saw them in New York, she was there with them.
MIKIKO is more like visionary and lead of the overall collective of Perfume, which includes the 3 members, Yasutaka Nakata the producer/composer of all their songs, and Rhizomatiks the technical group led by Daito Manabe that does all their stage effects and video tricks, and MIKIO herself. She takes on many roles, not the least of which is the stage director of their live shows, and more or less drives the visual aspects of the group.
I think their hardest/higher-number-of-steps song is SPENDING ALL MY TIME; I recall seeing the first couple of lives when the song was realease and they did a couple (little) mistakes (something very RARE to watch on Perfume's perfect choreography). th-cam.com/video/FRhSIMN7REQ/w-d-xo.html
Amo bailar y amo a PERFUME!
I've always wondered if the thing Perfume does had a name, the thing where one member does a move and the other two follow! Echo it is then! Thank you so much for the info.
It will be Mikiko's choreography, Perfume aren't dancers and I don't think they have the background to create dances. The sound of Tokyo Girl reminds me very much of songs by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu which is no coincidence because Yasutaka Nakata produces and writes for both acts. I'm not a big fan of his music or the packaging of either Perfume or KPP, both are very professional and "polished" as you say, but there isn't the fun or passion of early BM or AG. Still you might want to look at KPP, it's all a bit sugary for me, the dance is if anything more simplistic than Perfume, but the visuals can be interesting. FYI, KPP and AG are both managed by Asobisystem and Mizyu from AG was one of KPP's backing dancers.

MIKIKO's choreography highlights the beauty of women.😀😀
kick ball change kick! don't forget the knocked-knee japanese look...this is the key to cuteness

Now that's i've learned what it is called, there's a lot of echo in Perfume's Let Me Know. Another beautiful song and a gorgeous choreo.
@@ZisTraxMop ah thanks! I’ll add these!
Please do more reactions to Perfume choreographies, I recommend you Spending all my time
Their dance is sign dancing. Each move represent the relic they are singing.

Yeah perfume and AG are polar opposites in dance technique! Thanks for the recommendation I’ll check them out
