Liliana realising that the oxventurers aren’t actually geniuses but infact extremely lucky idiots is probably one of the funniest things I’ve ever watched.
I think your eyes being cut enough to heavily bleed like Corazon's would kill a lot of people too. Usually your eye might bleed in the sense of appearing to fill with blood, i.e. extreme bloodshot, but actually having blood drip from an eyeball seems pretty intense. Not the eyelids or even tear ducts, but the eyeball itself. But luckily for Corazon, a good nights sleep and he should be right as rain. No permanent blindness even. Adventurers aren't really as brave as you might think on first glance, when you realize how easily they recover from their otherwise frequently horrendous injuries.
@@masondeross I prefer the whole "Frightened to Death" thing. Max damage on a D4 will do it for psychic. Also, just the sudden clap of thunder might do it for some NPCs anyways. I heard of a man in Russia seeing a ghost bear and being frightened to death, gave him instant rigor mortis with the flashlight in his hand had to be wretched from it. Idk as a DM just have an DMPC throw a dagger and it just like sticks itself just into the door way of the entrance of the tavern as some NPC just so happens to walk in through the swing doors, sees the dagger come their way, freeze up and then fall over the instant the dagger sticks into the wood.

I know I'm late to the party on this video, but I'd love there to be a big keyser soze-esque twist at the end of the final season. Something like Merilwen, being about 100 years old, is connected to each member of the guild but the others don't know it yet. Merilwen was aboard a ship with Dob's parents who died at sea after their ship, Captained by Corazon's Grandfather who also died, was attacked by Pirates, also on the ship was a Tiefling and her baby. Merilwen could only save one and chose to save the baby who she gave to a hermit to raise, telling him he needed to use "Prudence" in keeping the baby safe. Of course, that was misheard and he chose to name the baby that. Merilwen, breifly, later taught magic at a dragonborn school, where there was a child, a kind but dim-witted lad who his friends referred to as 'Minus One", who could only manage to master one spell, Moonbeam. The boy could never remember his teachers name. Merilwen vowed to keep an eye on this boy, the Tiefling child, the grandchild of the ships captain (The Captain told her that his Son was an Ass but the boy was worth saving) and the two young Half Orcs. The memeber's of the guild thought their meeting in Caster Falls was happenstance, Merilwen, despite missing the female half orc knew better, but that bloody Dragonborn of course got distracted (Probably by something shiny) on the way and didn't arrive at the Bawdy Flamingo until the next day. Or not of course lol
I love that Liliana apparently performed a nephrectomy on Egbert while he was still at least partially clothed which seems like it would be rather difficult
Funny thing? I'm with Lilliana on this one. If that's a tavern pot, there's no way that there isn't a bunch of stew burned black and crusted onto the inside of the pot. Now, soaking isn't the right way to go about it and Dob is free to do it the more difficult way like the adorable do-gooder he is. However, it would be best to boil water in the pot to loosen all the detritus. Still, it will be clean-ish in time for the next day. Edit: Ah, she soaked it anyway! Love it. The inkeeper will probably get it onto the fast enough that it won't rust... I hope. Good to see Dob and Lilly are practicing for their married life together! ❤😅
Many silly moments in this, but nothing made me genuinely laugh out loud harder than trying to work out who could teleport them to their next destination, and Egbert very seriously asking "Is is 30 ft away?"
this manhole that is Geth fits my campaign world well, my campaign world takes place in a sealed off world made by a dead god of Time, space and chaos, your Idea sounds like if my hero's failed on their quest, this shows that minds do think a like, this could give me an ending, I look forward to the rest of this even if I will miss the Oxventure, you may live on in my campaign

so did Liliana a sorcerer studied like a wizard for 100+ years to learn the tome only for Prudence to come in an instantly Sorcerer her way though it
Merilwen has so many Excruciating Puns points she is now level 20 ...
"I have a magical seal!" is one of my favourite Oxventure moments of all time
That might have been the most chaotic episode yet... Why was Dob giving Liliana so much grief about the pot!?!?
One of Dob's things is dying on the first hill he comes across.
Don't get him started on the Hag.
Domestic squabbles. Every couple has them
@@weneedaladder8384 I side with Dob on both of those. I really didn't see why they let the Hag go. I also hate letting stuff soak. I'd rather scrub stuff clean so I don't have more dishes to wash later.
Repressed hurt feelings from being rejected and ruining his marriage over her. Bickering is never about the issue at hand.
@@weneedaladder8384 the hag was legit, and was set up.
The pot thing came out of nowhere and seemed to be based on mishearing something, and then he wouldn't let it go.. I was very confused
love johnny to have the beginning of the finally season starting where it all began in caster falls the first adventure so happy, im tearing up thinking of all these years.
Can I just say I enjoy this more and more every time I watch it LETSSS GOOO
Straight up mugging of Beanbag at the start of the quest. LOL
So good to have the gang back together! Loved that episode, straight back into the madness like it hasn't been a while since we've seen them 🥲 cannot wait to watch the rest of the season!!
Johnny is one of the best story tellers on the planet. Respect.
The whole conversation, just the whole thing where lilliana gets the full dose of what the oxventurer guild is, just comedic brilliance!
This is like the last day at school. It's great!
this manhole that is Geth fits my campaign world well, my campaign world takes place in a sealed off world made by a dead god of Time, space and chaos, your Idea sounds like if my hero's failed on their quest, this shows that minds do think a like, this could give me an ending, I look forward to the rest of this even if I will miss the Oxventure, you may live on in my campaign
And the freezing of the knight's sinuses, I must say "my tail's froze and my nose is froze and my ears are froze. And my toes are froze."
Late to the party, and I rewatched all the other seasons and specials before I got here, and 2 and a half minutes in I'm just staring at Prudence's proficiency in medicine and thinking about all the times she was basically eviscerated and just... like, bled about it....
Im so happy to see another season of Oxventure. I love Johnny as a DM and in my mind his motto is:"yeah lets just roll with that" your adventures are always filled with funs, puns and always surprising.
Just pointing out for future reference, Johnny's pronouns are they/them
I love that Binbag has made a final appearance 😂💙
It's always a joy to see Johnny genuinely laugh during the Oxventures. (23:21)
Ellen's "You are, but not in that sense" was perfect.
The spooky music when Dob casts Animate Dead is such an excellent choice
Killer season opening! Chef's kiss 😚🤌
Wow, Johnnie is firing on all cylinders for this final season, huh? That intro was already amazing! (Currently only about 9 minutes in.)
Leliana with the portal to the blender dimension at the end...
