You're welcome 😊 basically if a task takes less than an hour you are compensated for the time it took for you to do that task. I wish I could explain how they break it down by the amount of time but I honestly don't know how they do it.

Thank you so much for the information. I started assessment around 11am and by 1230pm received my acceptance email. Lol... I didnt realize it until around 5pm. I just kept doing the assessments until around 330pm. It's a $25 incentive now.

Due to so many applicants the hiring turn around time for Stuff has changed drastically. At this time there is not a way to reach out to someone about the status of your application. I want to be very transparent that It will take a while to hear back and there's no guarantee you will get hired on. Check your email for a response from service@getstuff.com or something similar. I just found your video. I used to work at Stuff. People need to know that they will lay you off without reason and no warning. I found out the hard way after only working with them for a month and then found out that I was not the only one. A lady told me that they did her the same way and let her came back when they needed help to let her go again when they got caught up. So be careful you guys on jobs that used you to get caught up on backed up work.

@@candacesamone it’s been good. I have issues with the dashboard for some reason and that the only thing that’s slowing me down a bit. I’ve completed 6/7 necessary task to see if I’m going to be contracted
Glad it's good so far. Yea that dashboard can be something else at times lol. They are always making changes to make it better for us agents. I can say the dashboard has come a long way (believe it not😆) from when I 1st started.

I, honestly, really love this concept so I have no problem with passing on all work from home opportunities for people to decide which is the best for them! I was helping my son look for work while he goes to school but unfortunately this job site is not useful at all. The technical set-up is not good. I always give good reviews on things but this site has no good points. You can be self-sufficient but the platform needs to be functional.
I would have to agree with you. Some of the changes they have made are not practical for the agent. I will be submitting feedback to the Stuff team. I hope they do what's needed to create a dashboard and system that is agent friendly and provides a way to communicate efficiently.
Due to a high volume of applicants they told me they weren't moving forward with my application to keep the "balance" for anyone who is applying.

What kind of questions they ask on the assessment?
I can't remember exactly but they were multiple choice questions. Mainly questions about how u would respond to a customer in certain situations...

Sometimes it's due to using the incorrect tool.

I'm really confused. I just passed the questionnaire last night and then I received the email saying that I need to log on and do tasks, but I tried this morning and nothing is there. It just showed me 2 videos that are now seemingly gone, and there are no test simulations at all. The screen is just blank on the website and it keeps showing me a lady sitting and it says there are no tasks available. What do I do to fix this??
Hi Latisa, sorry you're having problems with the dashboard. If they haven't been resolved yet, you can reach out to someone through the chat icon and let them know what issues you are having. You can also send an email to assessments@getstuff.com let me know if that helps.

Well, nevermind. I got the assessment and have been working on it for 2 hours. Nothing makes any sense. I'm about to just give up. Training is hugely lacking!
All the training is video based so you will have to refer back to the videos to figure out what to do. I watched the videos more times than I can count over and over. If you need assistance during a task click on the question mark and have an agent assist you. With time you will get the flow of how it works.

Yes, once you start working on the platform they will send you a daily summary of all the tasks you have worked on. The ratings might show a thumbs or thumbs down in the beginning or a rating from 1 - 5 (5 being the highest) It will also include feedback if you get a thumbs down or a rating of 3 or below.

Hey! I know it's been a couple of months but I wanted to check in anyway and see if you were able to get the assessment done.
Question. I may have missed the answer to my question in your video, so, what if you have an assignment that only takes 5 or 10 minutes, how is this paid? Does the company combine time worked from all jobs during each pay period to pay you? How are you paid?
They combine the time worked so if you did 6 tasks and each took 10 minutes to complete you would get an hour worth of pay.

After providing my name, email and answering the initial questions; I received the email with my login credentials to do the task assessments. But it's saying my username and password is incorrect. I've typed it in and copy/pasted it directly from the email but it's still not working. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Is access to the tasks for the assessment only open during the week? I know she said initially you would only be able to work M-F from 8-8pm but is this also for the assessment tasks to get hired?

Yes, you will have to talk on the phone but u never talk to the customer. The phone is only used to reach out to the third party if needed. It's not often when you have to make a phone call.

I’m on day 3 and have done 35 tasks including assessments, how do you know when the assessments stopped and real work begins?
You will get an email. It will include signing your consulting agreement, your W-9, and and form to fill in your bank info for direct deposit.
@@candacesamone why does it feel like all the tasks are part of an assessment. Very few of them feel real and I’ve done 100 of them in my first 3 days.

On a task like that, I would probably start off by asking for the users Facebook login credentials or if they are just wanting information on how to upload to Facebook, I would find a article to copy and paste step by step instructions to send to the user.

Maybe I missed this, but how do you access the training videos? I logged on and there were videos that appeared. I watched the first one and then exited it out of that one and then nothing.

Retake the assessment and change your answers. You get this message when you fail the initial assessment

Hi Dee, if you can work a keyboard, make a spreadsheet, and do research you will be fine. I won't lie, it does take a while to get use to the dashboard but once you learn the basics it gets easier.

They start at $13 per hour. You never call the customer. You only make calls to the business or 3rd party if it applies. Responding to the user is done through messaging.

When u say wifi are u referring to a hotspot connection? I connect to my wifi through my internet provider and it works perfectly fine but I'm not sure about a hotspot connection.

Hi will, you have to be in the US to work. The agreement that we have with our users is that all reps are "US based" which means that if you're on vacation outside of the US, you won't be able to work because it's in violation of the agreement that we have with our subscribers.

I believe they will only contact you if you pass the questionnaire but I am not sure. The email will say something like "The final step of your application process" if you pass....idk if u can reapply but I would give it a try if you haven't heard back from them within 2 weeks.

I had completed the questionnaire wat if they don't allow u to work ? U failed the questionire? Will u be able to complete the questionire again??
You should be able to complete the questionnaire again. I don't think they will notify u if u fail it but they will reach out if you pass via email. Once u get the email you will get a login to the dashboard and can start working on your assessment by completing simulated tasks.
