@@advocateharish786 I've installed non dcr panels with hybrid inverter in 2019 with net metering and the system is still running smoothly.
you dont need any proof - guidelines are available on MNRE / Discom website
Now, as per your this latest video information,my empanelled vendor has supplied all the components as you deacribed in the video, but he has not installed any new Generation Meter and Net metering,but instead of it he has given the wired connection from Solar Invertor to first in my Main MCB and then aftetwards in to my earlier installed Electricity SMART PRE PAID METER ,installwd by State of BIHAR Electricity Board .
Ha toh tell him to tell nbpdcl to convert your meter to net meter

if its a smart meter , then new meter not required,
apart from this , policy changes in different states

जो Rates आप बता रहें हैं उन Rates पर तो वेंडर्स बात करने को तैयार नहीं हमारे rajasthan में!! Hot dip Galvunize structure क्या होता है इसके बारे में भी उन्हें जानकारी नहीं! बताइये कहाँ जाएँ किससे बात करें! मैंने तो सोच रखा है कि यदि उचित चीज़ेँ कोई नहीं लगता है तो मुझे solar लगवाना ही नहीं है! एक बात और कि पोर्टल पर अंत में औनर की फ़ोटो लगानी होती है! अब बताइये औनर मेरी माँ हैं उन्हें मैं तीसरे माले पर कैसे ले जाऊँगा वो तो ऊपर चढ़ ही नहीं सकती! इस बारे में भी कोई स्पष्टता नहीं है!

Sir stucture का खर्चा तो बहोत कम बताया है आपने. 16000 का तो Gi मटेरियल ही आता है 5kw का. Civil work के 5000 अलग और velding रही तो उसके 5000 अलग होते है.
