My recommendations for fan experience:
1. Open an online portal for registration for limited members.
(And inform the portal opening time at least 3 or 4 hours before)
2. Before the show, give a short speech and tell sorry that you couldn't meet everyone.
3. After the show, you stand in a place and let people take a photo with you one by one.
These recommendations may not be perfect but I tried :)

To a limited extent, ice helps to keep the restroom from smelling like urine (for those who are inclined not to flush afterwards) and costs virtually zero. Plus, restaurants and bars already have it handy, so no real effort is required to produce it.

38:29 Hey because when we urinate there are many substances in our urine like byproduct of the breakdown of protein which is ammonia, which smells bad. Ice does not give a comfortable temperature to any bacteria to grow so it must have been there in the toilet.
