    I have been as critical as lots of folks here.. BUT, I will commend you all for the marked improvement.
    As others have mentioned, the lighting issue seems to be a bit of a problem, not as much as before. Just double check your shots guys. I like the addition of the B-rolls. It's showing progress.
    This young lady is getting better, just some ideas here. Have a script that you can refer too. You don't have to stick to it verbatim. Use it as a guide on what to talk about. You have potential. This is the best so far in the series.
    Presello team, give her more support. She is getting there.
    Here's a suggestion, grab Julias best video, put it in editing software and follow the beats of the video. Cuts, music and intro, reverse engineer it if you're not part of I guess her team.
    Either way...
    Keep going. I expect these to get better.

    I like the idea that Presello is offering condo tours as well. Whoever you are, don't mind the hate. Keep growing and aim to improve your home tour skills together with the channel as your English is already great. My other nitpick is that the video quality is subpar even at maximum 1080p.

    Parang di alam ni ate ang parts of the house. Un lang ... study your assignment dear. Go watch how Julia present the house. Do not get me wrong, you can do better than this one.

    I like you. Just constructive comments: You need lights for these tours. Madilim kasi di ka makita. I have to turn brightness full sa laptop to see you. Also, put the price range. Avoid black clothing unless it's for funeral.

      @@gspotlight04 Others would put the price and date it, or just update the price. It helps sell which is what sales agents are for anyway. They don't get commission for non-sales.

    Dear Presello, stop being stubborn by keeping her on as a presenter. It's bordering on CRUEL, to her and to your audience. She is not appealing at all to perspective buyers who can afford units like this one.
