The White Church outfit is on a roof somewhere in the forbidden woods and the knight is on the roof before the boss of cainhurst. Thats the basic summary of what i found on the wiki.

Nobody will make use of this info because this is an old comment, but that was the Yharnam Hunter set that you buy early in the game. I think you have to kill Cleric Beast to unlock it but I'm not sure
I think i sold my hunter set b when i first started but im about to beat the game after the hamlet , is there a way for me to get the huntet set b back ?
from the wiki: Set (B) can be found directly left of the Cathedral Ward lamp. It's behind some gravestones on the right. (Do not linger when picking it up. There is a hidden enemy that will most likely one shot you if you do not move aside)
