Hangar can be powered, but as long as the pump hasn't been turned on, the Mercenaries will spawn at Impact Site or, if you turned on the Lighthouse generator, in front of the Lighthouse. When you start the pump, my experience tells me that the Mercenaries will target the pump basically right away and try to reach it as soon as possible. This, however, can get them stuck in places like the Observatory Cave Entrance depending on where they are when the pump starts.
from testing, on average it did around 80 - 95, so I tried to sum it up by rounding to 90, to get 100 you need to be pretty close compared to it's max range

So don't stay in open spaces while Spec. is alive even you think you safe.

if it's a pvp match, I would recommend rushing military camp, because there are great guns there and after looting camp you can fall into the ravine below for even more good loot (also the line launcher from camp is useful)
i have more than 3 hours of trying tc and i die every single time i think i have skill issue also i think the bolt acion is the worst gun i almost never die or kill from it

what's were is I've seen sniper get a boost while just walking, he was walking, then an explosion happened under his feet, then he got fast, it was probably a visual bug but it was interesting
that's a fair point, however unless the character is armed with a flamethrower, you are going to have to deal 450 damage to kill him, so in total thats how much you gotta hurt him before he dies, that's what I meant by saying HP
those numbers aren't exact, the reason I claimed that combat shotgun does more damage is because depending on how you use it, you can unload the entire clip before the enemy gets back up, dealing a ton more damage then you can with the tactical before the enemy can lock onto you

It's worth noting that if you activated the pump at all, the mercs will arrive at plane shed whether the pump is on, off, or broken.

I think you should have not said like operator 450 HP but 100 HP +350 armor.
that's a fair point, however unless the character is armed with a flamethrower, you are going to have to deal 450 damage to kill him, so in total thats how much you gotta hurt him before he dies, that's what I meant by saying HP
