      🤚
I just spent two days arguing with 2 different Black women who did their best to hold me accountable. Though I'm not sure for what. The first was angry that I aired her out in front of her friends who were watching our comments in real time. The conversation was centered around a video of a triggered white woman. The consensus was WW don't belong in BW's business, BW don't care what WW think, black militancy, etc.
I made a single statement to provide context so Blk pp wouldn't get upset and go cray. But the sister who was the main instigator of anger and hatred was not happy about that and demanded I remove the phrase. I declined, but I did clear up any misconceptions. She kept insisting I was wrong, calling me names, and questioning my blackness. But I stayed calm and polite.
A WW from Britain asked me to explain the video. I did. Then she started asking me things about race that were off topic. I responded in generalites, but she came off as way too syrupy. Constantly apologizing and telling a sob story that no one would tell in that venue. It was very sus. There are pp who engage w/u just to show their superiority and that's the feeling I got. So she goes on to list her "white privileges" to me in the most condescending way possible while painting herself as a WW who just wants to learn. I explained a few things to her about her approach and she started apologizing profusely again. I knew smthg was off. It may have been a supporter of the WW in the video. I ignored the syrupy messages and finished the convo by wishing her well with the situation in Britain.
I advocate for racial harmony, which is in direct opposition to the other BW chatting, but I'm no fool.
When the BW thought no one was paying attention, she began sending the WW I was speaking to messages. She told her I was "full of shit," "weird," "trying to minimize the Black experience," "a racism apologist," told her, she "gave me too much grace (🤯),"all of us don't think like her," and called into question my degree of blackness. She even agreed with the WW when the woman said she thought I was white until she saw my photo. The BW invited her to come back to the conversation, using all manner of smiling emojis, and said she would personally explain our social issues to her because she was a "true American Black Woman."
I saw the messages when I was randomly scrolling. I was enraged. The messages were embarrassing. She acted in a way that would be typical of the house 🥷🏿 trope. As militant as she claimed to be, she was anxious to be considered an authority on Black issues by a random white internet stranger from Britain. To make herself appear more valuable, she engaged in character assassination, told her I wasn't acting right, then smiled and touted herself as the one she should speak to. It's like she wrote the textbook. She even namechecked me to make sure the WW wouldn't ask me anything else. I saw a few more messages and the WW told another white person the environment was too toxic and she wouldn't return.
How do u market yourself as a black militant, call all white people racist, then do an about face and talk 💩 about your sister to a random white person so u can be seen by them? That mindset is dangerous.
I called her everything associated with her kewnish behaviour that I could think of. When she tried to attack my credibility, again, I told her I had receipts and would post the screenshots of every single bootlicking message she made to her white master if she made another false statement about me. She was smart enough to stop talking after that.
When I tell u I went all in, believe me. My comments were directed specifically at her and it was very clear to anyone that read the exchange. Yet the next day another Black woman tried to shame me for the things I said. Strangely she was only concerned with the comments I made to the "zero sum thinking woman masquerading as a Black militant who would throw u off a cliff to get noticed by a random WW." I was genuinely perplexed at her defense of the first woman's actions. When she said my words were damaging to BW I asked her how as they were directed at a single person. Never told me. When she told me I wasn't a real Black woman (a common response these days), I told her she does not decide who is/isn't Black. When she told me the WW who made the video I provided context for was triggered by xyz (then goes on a rant), I told her she should go to that woman's page and tell her instead of telling me. I was not interested in the excuses she made for "the woman who clearly is more of a threat to the Black community than I could ever be."
She tried to wear me down and told me I need to be held accountable. She thought I was going to deny saying certain things so she could try to embarrass me, but that was a hill I was willing to die on. I freely admitted to calling the 1st BW every manner of 🏠🦵grow, 🦝s, stepin fetchits, etc and defied her to show me how anything I said about that woman was a lie. Everything I said about her pertained to her alarming willingness to throw Black ppl under the bus for a bit of white credibility. I told her BW are not so fragile that they would see my comments and get upset. We read people and that's exactly what I did.
She still didn't want to let it go, so I told her I would post the messages online for everyone to see and we can let the internet decide. I said, "If they say I'm wrong, I will publicly apologize, send that traitorous 🦝 a fruit bouquet and close my internet accounts. I'm still waiting for her reply. That's what they do. They get ppl to bully u and make u close ur account. I also told her if she thought the first woman's behaviour wa acceptable and I'm the one "intentionally misrepresenting" Blk businesses and harming BW she should report me to the site administrators.
      But she won't.
Even when u have two opposing sides, no one is willing to see both and try to advocate for peace. They just join one side or the other.

The amount of negative, hate comments that I have received is from my own black community. A black women told me that I am stupid, ignorant, brainwashed, I betrayed my black people, and my "black card" has been revoked all because I told her I'm not voting for Kamala Harris.

Humility. Lack of humility is the key word to use and low self-esteem and self-worth. Root issues that need to be dealt with on an individual level. Trying to fix a "Black community" cannot be done, nor in my opinion should it be done. These conversations have been had since my mid-20s. I am 54. If people aren't willing to look at themselves in the mirror and know they need to change because the circumstances in their life aren't panning out, then that right there is the biggest problem. The Black community is comprised of individuals that many that are labeled as part of that community are free to live their lives either stuck or liberated. I see a lot of bondage from this conversation that leads no where because you will never be able to fix what you think is a problem for the Black community if people are healing themselves on an individual level.
