Because Sri Lankan health sector is the south asian best health sector. All medical Faculties are run by the government and very talented lecturers are there.
Learn the facts lady.
Sri lanka usually dont offer medical degrees to foreigners i dont why they are in SL

Lot of students from Bhutan are getting scholarships to study medicine at Sri Lanka Petade niya Kotelawala Defence University provide scholarships for medicine then Moratuwa University provide scholarships to study some degrees there having scholarships to South Asian countries is not a recent thing It's happening from the past Also Sri Lankan health care is world well know because it is universal free health care also there are lot of expertise and experienced knowledgeble medical professionals are working here
