Then I advise you songs like "Wild Thing" from Epic Rock or "Rollin in your grave" or "Dead man walking"(both of them) all Songs can you find on Epic Rock. Sorry if you already know them all.
This style tends to be called 'Whiskey Smoke Rock'...it refers to the voice not so much the music itself. The name comes from sitting in a bar, smoke drifting slowly, everyone's got a bottle or glass in their hand while the band plays on stage and a pool table or two are in use. Sadly these kinds of bars are rare, as is the sound.
You should also try anything by Blues Saraceno, hes got the blues/country/rock hybrid down to a science.

Yeah this lady puts it all down for vocalist I honestly don't know if I know a better female vocalist. As much as I enjoy Melody from Lilia this young lady's vocals are more refined and interact great with the music which is probably better than a Liliac
I remain challenged by calling this country music I don't get any sense of country in here though therere other options people give that I do hear the country but the sounds like pretty straight ahead rock and roll to me within their own sort of take on the genre
