In Round 3 of the Never Stop Learning Online Wrap Contest, Justin wraps a recessed door in realtime while giving live commentary. If you saw The Wrap Institute's post the day before we launched this video then you had a chance to guess how long it took him to wrap the mirror. The person closest to the time won a $500 cordless heat gun from Steinel who is the sponsor of this round.
I’m planning on wrap my first vehicle! I’ve never wrapped before, and I’ve been learning so much from you! Thank you!

at what temperature do you heat the vinyl so that it stretches and does not get damaged?
just a kiss of heat! 50 degrees celsius is enough
Thank you very much for the video .... very helpful thank you .
I have a car to do type like this ... i see the video and i make it perfect . Thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️
Thank you for watching!
Great video mate, how do you not get Bubbles @ 4.45 as it's in the flat, I see your squegee technique of small increments, but I've tried it few times, still got bubbles on the flat part. Using 970. Any help would be appreciated
Try adjusting the pressure!
@@WrapInstitute thanks, lighter pressure?
Great
Thanks!
and if by pure chance, when heating the adhesive where it must remain raised and then stretch, it first sticks to the bodywork because it is rounded, does the adhesive stretch smoothly afterwards or not? how can i prevent it from sticking sooner?
The adhesive is repositionable and the vinyl has a memory effect, so this combo makes it very forgivable in case you stretch too much and has fix it!
Is that the @metamark mmcc neon green vinyl?
Avery dennison!
