For real?!! Even though it did not started out without flaws and problems, in the end it came out really beautiful!! Sometimes we have a hard time, to make something pretty out of projects that did not went well... But we, as creative people will mostly find a way. 😊 I'd make it a clock for the wall, if I had to decide. Well done! Grettings Maggy
Excellent. Thank you. I wonder what the outcome would be if you painted a metallic blue or silver on the back of the piece that you didn't like. If that would fill the blank areas seen on the top side?
Do you or have you considered selling these for those of us that dont want to make? They were all pretty. The large teardrop black one was my favorite one! Thank you for the awesome tutorials.
These are the kinds I do😍😍 for I Love that iridescent, holo, bling bling, & ✨ Sparkes‼️ I prefer this way for buying some stones Ain’t as sparkly, & if I found some they were pricey.👍🏼
These are very beautiful and this tutorial inspired me to make some ArtResin faux opal cabochons, but I have two questions: 1) Does the ArtResin have a bad smell?..and... 2) I make polymer clay jewelry and was planning to embed my resin jewels in polymer clay settings BUT i discovered the resin cannot be baked with the polymer clay because resin melts! So my question is, what materials do you use to create settings for your ArtResin cabochons? Thank you!
I have done it opposite way, where I made something out of polymer clay and then embedded it into resin. I also have made a polymer clay frame for my resin cabochons and baked it, I did not realize I was not supposed to bake the resin, mine didnt melt
hey oxana ! thanks for the vid.. i I've watched a similar tutorial few days ago.. that's great idea for when u run out of stone lol. Where did u get the material from? Looking forward to seeing some new ideas of wire wrapping.
+imene ben Jo you are welcome! I tried to state where I bought each thing in the video, but I will list it out. The resin I bought online from ArtResin's website. The molds I got on etsy from familymolds. The black holo flakies are from etsy as well, I show the package and name of seller in the video(it is a long name and I can't remember). The large white mylar flakies I got from Michael's and the smaller colorful ones from ebay. The alcohol ink is from Michael's.
The flakes I got from ebay, you have to search for "nail art flakes" and you should find them, and the powder pigments are from TKBTrading, just google them and their website will pop up, they sell lots of powder pigments.
***Tip*** You can crush up sparkly eye shadow into a powder if you don't have pigments. Awesome vid btw ❤️
Hi. Your results are amazing! Even better than real black opal! I’ll definitely be trying this! 🇬🇧👍
5 years & you're still helping people 😛
Aww, thank you! 💕
Always. Our pleasure! Ty!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Ohhhhhh! This is fantastic! Great idea! And my favourite is the black holo with black backing.😍😘
cool I have been learning from all you crafty ladies. I'm not selling much lol, but I sure do enjoy learning and doing.

Very nice results there ,very beautiful,😀
Awesome! Question: did you poke the mylar flakes down into the mold or just pour them on top? Hard to tell.
I think real opals can look like that with the white background. That's the beauty of opals, how they can become something very unique and special.
This popped up on my TH-cam must know I like shiny things 😂 enjoyed the video thank you
Love how you did these! Some of them actually look like opals! I would love to know where you got the green molds from.
Just look up cabochon mold
THis is great! Thank you for sharing and I am now totally inspired!! Terrific video.
These look gorgeous! Thanks for the tips.
you are so talented,,, soon jealous in a good way,, love everything you do
woman I didn't know you had your hands on resin toooo!!! :) do you still dabble or just focus on wire wrapping?
Unfortunately I no longer have any resin, it has been quite a few years since I've played with it
It's beautiful! Thanks!

+OxanaCrafts Oh Awesome! I appreciate it!
Like the way you say cabochons! Haha
Where did get the pigments for the second part of the resin

Omg I use the same Ferrero Rocher container to transport my supplies 🤣
Oxana, other then the resin cabuchon that you make that are awesome. Where is the best place to buy stones.
I just search ebay and etsy for stones, just be sure to check that the seller has good feedback before you buy.
Turned out nice!
thank you!
The one that "you forgot which colors you put in" is the one I want to make. :(
How does the tinsel name? Mila flakes??
Milar flakes or holographic flakes. You can also find them in the baking sections of craft stores. Where they sell sprinkles and stuff like that.
Will u plz give us the links to all the places u mentioned here?????
You can just google mylar flakes in the colors you are searching for and find the best deal which is most likely what she did.
Beautiful!!!!
Thank you!
Thank for share ...
Holo everyone it's me Christine again.
