Sorry to hear that you need to sell so much of your collection, Jake! I do hope the sale goes well for you and I hope things get better so you can build up your collection again later!
These sort of knives are a dime a dozen, especially at the budget end of the scale. We are at the stage where 14c28n or d2 is almost the minimal. The liner lock is a bit suspect.
90% of my customers have no idea or even care about blade steel. They only care about cost and looks, so the $50 to $75 7CR knives are the most popular. When l try to upgrade them to D2 or 14c28N, its too much money for them. About 5% are newbies looking at an assisted Kershaws in D2 or 14C28N. Usually it’s their second knife and they are just getting into the hobby. Prices are usually between $75 to $175. The last 5% is a mix of Buck devotees and knowledge knife collectors.
Maybe the knife market is oversupplied and forcing the price down. I have been very surprised with the quality of $20 Chinese knives which far exceed say an Opinel at the same price.
I just got mine. The jumping is done on an angle. When looking at the blade from the branded side, the jumping looks normal. When the knife is turned over it is virtually non-existent. That provides less traction than I would like.

I have died several plain g10 scales and they all came out very pleasing. I felt that the process was easy.
Sencut has always been one of my favorite brands just like this is one of my favorite channel. Thanks, Jake!
Thanks Jon!!
Thanks for the review Jake. That's a neat looking knife.
Thanks Brian
Finally got around to watching this review. Looks interesting. The shape reminds me of the Grohman's Canadian belt knife.
It has a fairly similar overall shape, maybe that's part of the reason why I like it.

Yeah, it sucks, but needs must.
Really like the shape of this one.
It's quite fine indeed.
I agree, a very pretty knife, open or closed. $70 at HoK? Not bad.
I agree Barry, it just looks good and it works well for EDC tasks too, I think its a win win.
I luv it Jake!
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment - as usual. :)

That's not good. Was the purchase recent enough to return it? if yes, I would do that.
