    Incredible work mate, I still can’t believe this channel hasn’t blown up yet. Your videos are amazing, production quality is honestly off the charts, not just for a small channel but I genuinely can’t tell a difference to some huge channels, you’re doing some stuff I would’ve never dreamt about possibly doing myself some day while showing how accessible it actually is nowadays. And I really have to say I’m always looking forward to your videos as your voice is just really calming and you can explain things really well! And if that wasn’t enough all of that seems to gather some amazing folks here in the comments.
    Keep up the good work, you are in my eyes really a shining star in all of this TH-cam clickbaity nonsense

    For routing the cable for your foot pedals through the legs, you could use a coiled wire like the ones on old phones, or sometimes seen on custom keyboard cables. Have it barely tightened at its lowest setting then when it lifts up it will uncoil as needed.

      This is a fantastic idea! ill look into this, and ill keep your comment in mind for if it makes it into the video, thank you :)

    I've really been enjoying watching your progress and can't wait for more! When it comes to your ideal keyboard I recommend looking at Christian Selig's or Ben Vallack video's on creating a from scratch keyboard. They showcases quite a few resources that could help you get what you're looking for, plus it seems like something that would be right up your alley.

    Awesome video!!
    In my case, i use evermedia ba311 mic arm for mounting ipad and mic.
    I think it's hard to adjust the middle joint of arm because it doesn't have spring, but you can adjust front side of arm without tightening the screw.
    Also using quickmount plate for switching gear is really convenient. I switch my microphone from iPad only when I have to use it.

      @ I’m pretty sure we can use a nodeMCU (esp32 based board) with integrated WiFi 👍🏻😄 of course we should write a couple of code lines

    I love your stuff, your multitool project really encouraged me to design one of my own and it came out great. I hope your channel gets more attention soon because your videos are very fun to watch and I enjoy your both your video and project aesthetics. Since you already have an elgato stream deck you could grab the elgato keylight, and link it to the stream deck so you turn it on and off though there, also I know that you could turn on and off the camera though the stream deck, but idk how to do it, but you could research though it, a youtuber called Harris Heller had a tutorial way back when

    Regarding the keyboard you want, I suggest taking a look at something like a Sofle V2 kit that you can build. It may make an interesting video for the channel.

    Hey man, love this workspace build. Any chance you could walk through your tube/scaffolding system in more detail at some point? It seems like such a flexible system to mounting peripherals and I'm interested in doing a similar up on two sides and across setup and am having a tough time sorting out what parts I should be looking for or where to source them.

    How do you do those nice timelapses? Do you sort out all of the photos/frames between the timelapse position? I am helping build an automated timelapse function with an external camera with a Bluetooth trigger, but I haven't seen anything like that yet apart from for smartphones.

    Awesome video once again! Have you considered something like a ergo mech keyboard like the charybdis? Can be built wireless using ZMK and would look super cool in your setup I think.

    Hey loved this video too. have a question. what exactly do you do with this table, is it only for recording/editing videos or you do something else? i mean maybe you have a sidehustle too?
    Btw loved that you showed us the flexispot legs insides... when ive seen that long screw i imediatly thought - Nice screw for cnc machine :D

    • @FlatLanderTech
      @FlatLanderTech  11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thahah, now that you mention it, might be able to up the height that the Bambulab A1 is able to print, 1m high prints hahaha. I like your thought process :)
      What kind of CNC are you looking to buy or build? im not that into the cnc world yet but curious if you had you eye on something.
      So its a very complex desk, I use it for pretty much everything, watching movies, editing vids, Researching, playing games, with the iPad on there I often model stuff out in cad while watching a playthrough. record voiceovers also.
      I don't really have a side hustle or anything, really the goal I set is just make good vids, and inspire people to build stuff or learn how things work and I've become somewhat hyperfused on that.

    • @4tra
      @4tra 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@FlatLanderTech Hey, i allways wanted to learn electronics and machining, so i think CNC mill would be my first choice. I was looking at Shapeoko CNC mills. but honestly would love to get hands dirty and try and do myself one. because otherwise i can't learn stuff if i buy already made ones.
      But there are allways excuses. I don't have space for my "DIY stuff". So just now sitting tightly, saving money for that 3d printer i was looking at. and then maybe next year it try to find a small warehouse or a garage for rent. To do my stuff :)

    • @FlatLanderTech
      @FlatLanderTech  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I just looked it up it looks really awesome! i admire your dedication to getting the 3d printer and learning ;by building stuff yourself that's really awesome! getting a spot to work is indeed very nice I'm sure that with your mindset you'll reach that goal in no time :)
