I explained it..maybe you you skipped. But the idea is to keep your channel safe. In as much it's a small channel now but it can grow to hundreds of thousands in months and that will attract lots of hackers who will try to take over your channel and that will be super easy if the same email you use for your channel is the same email you have as your contact everywhere on your channel hence, why I advised that you keep that private.
I am trying to create a channel but when I click on my profile to begin the process, instead of "create a channel" like it is in this tutorial, it is showing "view your channel." What am I not doing right please or there mean the same thing?
