great video, really helpful. A couple points. First, the standard for Cinder's block storage is not POSIX, it's SCSI (T10). Second, the path of submitting patches and becoming a technical contributor is pretty easy but there *is* also signed CLA, getting approved etc. administrivia that people should not be shocked to run info.
