Hi Guys! An awesome trip to Nepal is how I wanted to end 2023 and I was fortunate enough to do just that in October this year. In this Nepal series I travel to Katmandu the capital city of Nepal and Pokhara. I will also trek Mardi Himal and try to show you all the beautiful peaks in and around Katmandu and Pokhara.
To be frank I love travelling to Nepal as the Himalayas have always been my first choice of travel.
So come with me on this visual drive upto Katmandu from Kurseong and I hope you like this one.

The introductory clip of the video is very tempting which makes the viewer look forward to all the episodes.
On mentioning the Terai region of Nepal you brought back memories of the infamous Champawat Maneater story which was chased by the Nepal Army into India via the terai region of Western Nepal. The Maneater of Champawat is a hair raising read of the tigress that claimed 436 (recorded) human lives and was finally killed by Jim Corbett. The kills remain the highest recorded by a single animal in history till date.
That being said Jung Bahadur Rana is an interesting read in the history of Nepal.
It is wonderful to see Yudis with you as well as it is wonderful to see a familiar face from my school days enjoying the trips with you.
Look forward to Episode 2 - 5 soon.
As I have been to both Kathmandu and Pokhra a long time ago these videos will surely bring back old memories and also help me compare the old with the new.

The road is rough and dusty at many places due to the ongoing construction. Yes, you can go in your Honda city. Nepal is totally safe to travel with your family.
