Recipe 1: Easy Hot Chocolate Mocha
For this recipe, you will need:
+ 2x tsp cocoa powder
+ 50ml almond milk
+ 40ml espresso (I used Nespresso Arpeggio)
+ some cinnamon sugar
+ brown sugar to taste (I left it out)
Recipe 2: Viral Chocolate Mocha
For this recipe, I used:
+ 40ml almond milk
+ 40ml espresso (I used Nespresso Paris)
+ chocolate (I used Merci chocolate - but you can use any milk chocolate, the softer the better)
Recipe 3: French-inspired Hot Chocolat Mocha
+ 80ml almond milk
+ 40ml espresso (I used dark roast Bialetti mocha pot coffee)
+ a pinch of salt
+ 2x tsp brown sugar
