Narcissists can identify the children of narcissists and know that they’re unloved and neglected. They know that no one will care and that the child will have no language to ask for help 😢

I am so sorry. My heart goes out to all who have been fodder for untouchable powerful who can rely on the lesser, vulnerable one's silence & simply being on the backfoot before they even dare to think 'maybe this isn't /wasn't right' - who can ask without making 'it worse'.
    . The 'friends of families'..is a nightmare.

What a breath of fresh air to keep the focus on the raped victimised children - why hasn’t the UK got informed victim centred sentencing? Australia produced guidelines after their Royal Commission- made a lot of difference. The only judges hearing these cases should be credentialed, vetted individuals who understand the impact on children and who get consequences for protecting the perpetrators. AI will worsen the problem as it is based on historical, perpetrator centred statistics 🤦‍♀️

Two things can be true at once.
1). Edward’s crime was disgusting and his sentence was too soft
2). Life imprisonment would be a grossly unjust in this case

The mitigating circumstances are just... Hopefully they're mentioned in this video, haven't had time to watch it through yet, but apparently the fact his dad was strict with him and he didn't get into Oxford Uni 40 years ago caused him 'feel inferior'. Also because of the anonymity of the victims the crime is seen as victimless. There is no identified child/adult speaking out so many shrug their shoulders and identify with the celebrity who is now exposed.
