LVP has straight up Pimp(and I mean in the devious way) behavior. Look at how she behaves with the Tom’s and belittles their 5% ownership, but used them to be the image of the bar. She put her friend Penny on to do the same with the ladies.
I never trusted Chef Penny. I saw her on a couple of cooking shows. I don’t think she won. There has always been something odd about her to me. I honestly feel Lisa V. is behind the whole thing. Use to love Lisa too. Don’t trust her anymore.
She sure did. I bet she's used to taking charge in LVPs restaurants and thought welp I'll take charge in Something About Her, too. You know what though I specifically remember her taking charge when they were doing the interviews. I couldn't tell How Katie was feeling, but it was written all over Ariana's face that helloooo this is our business, not yours. She seemed way too pushy to me... there's no way in Hell I'd be partners with her. Didn't Lisa say if basically it came to shit like this she'd be upset, but for Penny.. yikes.

Well this just goes to show good thing they smelled something janky with her and said no thanks. This just reiterates and hopefully poses issues for her in the future..people shouldnt trust her after this.

@@evelynbare1975I think Penny saw these shops being a franchise hence the wording the business not just one store. Apparently the recipes for the sandwiches are not the same as the ones Penny did. (Ie the Greek Salad being a wrap and not a sandwich). She took advantage of the girls having no experience (Lisa has a hand in this).

Shady Chef penny lol She didnt come up with the concept at all or the funding she only helped with a couple menu items that i probably couldve put together by looking on pinterest she doesnt have a case lol why cant she just let these young women enjoy their investment? Limited Partners and General partners in the business world INVEST in a project to be considered as such. Im not sure about California laws but most things are relatively the same across the board. She should have been up front from the start if she wanted to be a partner not just get mad that they said no to her terms

But the stuff Ariana does outside of the business brings in more fans and at this stage she is the reason a lot of people will go into the shop, take people seeing her face on love island, while they’d want to support Katie a woman as well. Katie working hard is an amazing thing I think what they both bring as long as Ariana ensures she is paying her portions and showing up to meetings I think their contributions would be valued at the 50/50 split when you take into consideration this is a long journey for the girls and rolls and efforts will fluctuate depending on what else is happening in their lives

I read somewhere that California is the only state that has what's called the Baby Bar. You become a lawyer in half the time and maybe it's an online degree. Does anyone else know anything else about it?
California is one of the few states that allows aspiring lawyers to take the bar exam without going to law school. They can do this by instead completing a four-year law office study program to become a legal professional. However, this path is not an easy alternative to skipping law school.
First year law students must take and PASS the Baby Bar to be able to proceed to the next level. Passing the Baby Bar does NOT make you a lawyer.
It's merely a way to become a lawyer without four years of undergraduate work and three or more more additional years of higher education.

Ya know chef Penny was on the Food Network next big star show. Katie and Ariana can’t get their shit together and Penny designed the menu, redesigned the menu and probably turn down other work 🎉I believe she’s the only one actually working at that sandwich shop. Ariana has been off extending her 15 minutes fame let’s face it. Katie‘s just a miserable human. Why shouldn’t Penny get a piece of the shop?
They paid her for the work she was hired to do. She wanted more and they said they would discuss with attorneys. That's not a job contract, why would she get a piece of something she didn't start or fund?

Didn't Chef Penny only help Ariana & Kate as a favor to Lisa? How unprofessional of the young women! Remember, Penny owns the copyright to Something About Her! Likely the judge will rule on intent in Chef's favor. This lawsuit puts Vanderpump in a terrible position. As a business owner, always protect your business relationships. Now, Ariana & Katie may have ruined theirs w/ Chef Penny & Lisa Vanderpump!
Penny was paid as a chef consultant by Katie & Ariana. Same as her "employment" with LVP. Chef Penny does not own or operate a restaurant, her company (I can't remember the name) is consulting.
Ariana and Katie (eyeroll). Those two are such a joke. But hey, they figured out how to use bullying to their favor.
