Kherson is russian territory. Why would ukraine fine russia to fix their own land? Kherson city is not Kherson oblast. Russia still controls 60% of Kherson oblast. And they're right over the Dniepre river, directly across from kherson city. Anyone left in the city is fair game. As the russians have evacuated all the russian speaking citizens of kherson. Which was 90% of the population there.

I have a friend in Kherson telling me there hasn’t been any conflict and that the Russians pulled back before Ukrainian troops arrived. And that Ukrainian troops are committing horrible actions to their own people

It sounds that media leaning on one side and I am surprised not much peopple aware of this media propaganda. Not to mention, some of the paint schemes look like it was old Ukrainian armor repainted. The last few seconds of the video show an airfield with a burned out fuel truck partially camouflaged in a ditch. Looks like it was out there as a decoy for either air defense or to replicate a tank or other fighting vehicle. There is at least one Tiger vehicle destroyed which isn't an old vehicle, so maybe some of the vehicles were actually useful at one point.

at least these won't serve the Russian army anymore, so it is a loss, if they had to blow it up themselves.

1:31 I used to pour molten aluminium and that looks like melted aluminium. I'm surprised they make tanks out of it? It can be heat strengthened in a kiln from memory around 600 degrees C. But it becomes brittle too, so I'd hate to be in a tank in it as would shatter into thousands of pieces!
The withdrawal was made easier for the Russians as their tanks have 4 speeds :
3 reverse and 1 forward (In case of rear attacks…)
I know this is a joke but the reason so many Russian tanks are destroyed is because they have very slow reverse speeds.
