I struggled for 8 years needing a knee RR. I think of that watching him walk. - I’m searching for words that express how much value you add to the world. I’m an older guy living alone on a farm. You are an angel for sure. Thank you for these videos, I’m forwarding them in hopes of getting you more viewers, way better than any tv.
Hi Taylor. That was a very informative video . Your knowledge of what to look for in a cow bodes well for the future of your herd and we’ve seen that in all of your videos. Again you and Brent complement each other very well. You are an awesome hard working young lady and I wish we could clone you because so many other farmers could use someone with your skills and talents.🚜🐄☕️🍩😉
Looked like a fun day, hopefully your new cow wasn't sold because she kicks. She looks pretty good hope you have her for many years. I use to enjoy going to an auction, when I was a kid we could get a Sundrop burger and fries for about $2. Hope you all stay safe and healthy.
The auction looked like fun! Ms 'Candy' does not know how fortunate she is! Thanks for explaining what yall are doing and why you're doing it! Stay safe and warm!
Candy is a nice addition to the heard. You had a fun and profitable day. What is cool is that she puts profit into the tank on her first day. Thanks for a very entertaining video. I remember my dad bidding on a registered Holstine calf that I showed at the county fair and got a first-place ribbon.
I am not a farmer, but watching your videos fascinate me. I work as a paramedic and watch you tube for entertainment. You are one of my favorites. A friend of mine got me getting our milk fresh from the farm. I have to admit I like it a lot. Plus helping support one of our local dairy farmers. Also get our beef and pork from local farmers also.
Another great video, sweetie. She looks like she’s gonna be a good cow and that’s a pretty good price nowadays you guys made out well. Looks like all is well with you. Glad to see that.🤗
my uncles bought and sold cattle at auctions in a couple of states. I remember going almost every Saturday to the local place as a kid. That was so much fun.
Lovely to see you today, you seem to look a lot better than last vid, used to love going to auctions, meeting up with others from the farming community, hoping the new addition to the herd will do well.
Ta, you can talk as fast and as much as you like!! it's all good. The content is great and you are an absolutely beautiful person. Thanks for what you do!
Hey Taylor, my wife is from Jay, Maine! Your boss seems like an awesome guy. When we make a trip there it'd be nice to meet him hopefully. Thanks for the videos
Nice looking Jersey. These were my Grandads favorite breed. The milk they give really is the best, although not a huge producing breed. They make up for it in temperament and quality.
Hi Taylor, as you were saying besides the livestock at an auction it is nice to meet up with other Farmers and do a little chit chat here and there. So to say the social aspect is also interesting, imho. Best of luck with Candy! 🐮♥️
Candy just hit the lottery 😊. Congrats on your newest addition to the herd! Oh and as far as you mentioning "talking a mile a minute" You were excited and thats the emotion I really enjoy seeing and one of the most alluring parts of this channel. You and Brent love what you do and getting excited about something at work is a great benefit!
My dad used to trade milk cows back in the 50's and 60's in the North Georgia mountain and sell them at Atlanta Stockyard. We would call your new jersey a squirrel faced jersey. Great mama cow. I even have one in my beef herd bred to a Angus bull coming with her 5th calf.
She's a beaut! That's one more farmer trait you've picked up--auctions. Farmers and auctions go together like tractors and plows! Great video. It's nice that people are recognizing you from your channel. 🤠👍
Growing up we had a convention of working cows only from their right side. If you tried to work with them from the left side, they would remind you forcefully of your mistake! It was good to see that a newcomer to your farm seemed OK working from the left side - perhaps just a bit apprehensive because there were no cows on either side.
I would be singing Candy O' from The Cars every time I walked past or milked Candy, bad humor but when I was younger and sang around our new or kickers they calm down hearing the same thing from you.
I would fail miserably at dairy farming today. I don't think I could even operate a new tractor; I had a '49 Farmall Super M and Johnnie Popper plus what implements I needed for raising hay and row crops. Did you take ag classes in high school? I Graduated high school in '63 so FFA was active at my school, but I wasn't intending to farm and never took classes. Today you have to be a chemist, an agronomist and have a working knowledge in other sciences to be a proficient farmer
If you have time this winter it would be great if you could visit some farms in your area. Great video, you never know what you will find at an auction.
She seems to have a great disposition. Nice looking udder and seems gentle not skidish at all call this a win. We milked about 70 head of pure bred Holsteins. I remember some giving birth to red and white Holstein calves, either the mom or the sire must have carried the red factor. I also remember a couple of Airshire and brown Swiss cows we bought at auction when looking for heifers. I had a uncle who milked 100% Jerseys I always thought he chose Jerseys because he was a small stature of a man and Jerseys being small were easier for him to handle lol. Thanks for sharing just another part of dairy farming.
What a fantastic video 😮. Thank you for sharing and what a beautiful young lady ya'll got🥰. Also you just caused me to remember I forgot armour all wipes🙄🙄🙄😁🤭. Everyone in Northeast Arkansas says hey Taylor and Brent 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️. Prayers for y'all always young lady 🙏🙏 Miriam says hey lol
Good morning Taylor cool video we have auctions here within a 30 to 60 minute drive of my farm daily and I go to 1 to 2 a week as time and money allow but I really enjoy going sometimes I go just to see how the market is . Hope you have a great day
Taylor she looks like a real sweet cow, both confirmation and temperament. Should be a good addition to the herd. Too bad I'm about four hours away, I have a sweet milking shorthorn yearling I'd love to see go to a good home. Great job as always, take care.
My part of Canada a Registered purebred Red annd white Holstein hiefer that age half way along a gestation would be around $25-2700 ready to calve heifers ate selling between $3000-4000 depending how good they are.
In college, our cattle judging instructor Stu Gibson took us to the UVM farm for our class. He picked up a feed sack and said “This is a bag, cows have udders.” Also, springing and fresh heifers are bringing $3000 or more in central NY where I live.
Great vedio u look great by the way the farming looks like it's going good look like got a good buy on the jersey cow hope she works out for and bret looking forward to the next vedio 😊
Hi Taylor thanks for sharing another awesome video, I laugh every time the both of you get a sandwich 🥪 yours would last me two days lol . That is one beautiful cow a great addition to the herd. Candy suites the new cow thanks for showing us the test very interesting and informative .What a way to finish the day doughnuts 🍩 and no we're not surprised 😅enjoy. Thanks again take care and stay safe 👍 😊.
Loved the video! We, also, watch True Grit: Appalachian Ways. Their milk cow’s name is Candy and is also a Guernsey! She’s a real sweetheart, too! We watch every video you put out there! 🥰
Hi Taylor I enjoy your videos as nothing fazes you and the relationship you have to help you boss is brilliant to see Trump should see your humility and kindness from an ex farmer in Ireland
It's good to see that Taylor has a good taste in food. But be careful after eating a meal like that before driving. Nap time after that size sandwich is very possible.
Good Thursday morning Taylor and Brent what beautiful video sandwiches looks yummy thanks for taking me to action girl is cute love how you’re always talking to the girls and as always you and Brent be safe 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Much respect young lady, I just can’t overstate how wonderful you are.
She is a beautiful looking Jersey !! I use to go to that auction barn when I was up in that neck of the woods. I love what you stand for Taylor!!
I was impressed by you not wearing flip flops around the farm. 😳😳😜

Hey how come you sold the heifer baby? I thought you were keeping the heifers and getting rid of the bulls?
Looked like a fun day, hopefully your new cow wasn't sold because she kicks. She looks pretty good hope you have her for many years. I use to enjoy going to an auction, when I was a kid we could get a Sundrop burger and fries for about $2. Hope you all stay safe and healthy.
Good Morning Taylor and Brent!! Surprised to see a video from the Farm. Thankful that you are bringing Us along.

Love your enthusiasm and positive attitude.
That new cow was a trooper. She marched right off that trailer like she’s done it 100 times. Keep up the great videos Taylor.

Nice addition to the herd. Now the pecking order starts, top cow etc. But the ladies all seem to get along and the barn is back to the usual.
Taylor u an Brent r like 2 peas in a pod. Fascinating to me

Interesting stuff Brent looks like a super guy to work for Country on!
He’s a great boss, thanks for watching!
That was great Taylor. So good you and Brent found a nice gentle cow.
In the months before calving she should give enough milk to cover her cost.
She seems to have a great disposition. Nice looking udder and seems gentle not skidish at all call this a win. We milked about 70 head of pure bred Holsteins.
