“Here, the President of the United States confuses a telephone for television,” Mr Jones said.
“Television, telephone, I suppose in Biden's state of mind they're all the same.

Can you imagine if his predecessor had delivered muddled incoherent speeches like this? He would have been marched straight off to the nearest care home and never allowed out again in public except in a pine box. I accept that sometimes speaking in public can be difficult, or if you have a speech defect such as a stutter for which allowances can and should be made - but this is full on cognitive decline and it is getting noticeably WORSE with each new appearance. It is sad for the man on a human level - but potentially very dangerous for his country and the rest of the world. Unfortunately the next in line - harris - is not going to be much better I fear but in a different way.
