I am still having issues with a blank screen on the final step. I created the database bWAPP in mysql just as you did and restarted the service. Only i'm still getting a blank screen when i click to install.

Unable to open the PORTAL page. Till install and login its working. Once I enter bug and bee, a blank page is coming up. I have verified that bWAPP database exists and user exists.
